From The Standard's report on today's press conference:

Wenger is reported to have up to £50million to splash in January but he warned that he will continue to spend with caution.

It really does make me wonder whether the old man is getting his vocabulary confused. This makes no sense at all as it is but absolutely perfect sense once you replace 'success' with the word 'nothing,' the word 'top' with 'cheap' and finally the word 'quality' with either 'shit' or 'nothing'.
