We saw good theo and bad theo and brainless theo all in one game !
2 Goals 2 bad misses and a host of offsides ,some of which were not offside and thats a Theo day out !
Lets be fair Swansea were utter shite but in time honoured Arsenal tradition we did it the hard way but that wasnt Theos fault !
What really pisses me off is that we dont learn our lessons ,Monreal's positioning was hopeless and we invited trouble at every occaision
down that side . When the Ox came on he then left Bellrin exposed too..
Xhaka looked lost for pace but I his sending off was harsh .
We won Im happy bring on the bulgarians !

He scored 2 sitters my old lady would have put away & missed at lease 3 or 4 others with only the keeper to beat. He is not the 'striker' HE thinks he is !. Or a winger for that matter - they have to be able to cross a ball. Please 'O mighty one' please give Perez a go ?. This was a game we could have lost so easy if they'd taken their chances. Never mind scum dropped 2 points. :barscarf: :barscarf:
2 goals and we won.

Save your.... zzzzz..... theo is bollocks shit (even if it's true  ) for a more appropriate occasion.

It's a decent win against a team that we've struggled against recently. Mixed bag from Feo but at least he is scoring - doesn't matter if they are tap ins or 30 yard volleys once they go in. If he scores 2 every time he misses two or three I'd be happy enough.

Thought Xhaka's red was harsh but it is a new rule this year - if you foul the oppo from behind and the ball is not reachable then it's a straight red. The players and coaches were all told in the pre season. Last season he'd have only been booked, this season, off. :|

Ozil's goal was superb. Brilliant inch-perfect ball from Sanchez and excellent technique from Ozil to scream it into the roof of the net on the full. That is why they are our two best players by a long way. The ability and vision to see the pass, then technically make the pass, and finally the ability and technique to bang it perfectly. 8)

Wasn't impressed by Swansea. We have tended to struggle against them but they have lost their defensive organisation with Williams, panicked when we hit our stride and lacked creativity. Their on positive point was their winger who terrorised Monreal all game.

I think they need to change their approach. There are a number of worse teams than them but I think they will struggle to pick up enough points playing the same patient, possession-obsessed game that they have unTil now. I think they also need more pace going forwards.

Re your second paragraph, i assume that this won't apply to shirt pulls? Which leads to a nonsense dichotomy.

Whilst I think Xhaka was unlucky, on the other hand he hurt the bloke who went off injured. If the bloke got straight back up I don't think he would have seen red. The ref took a while to make his decisIon which suggests that he didn't consider it an automatic red under this supposed new rule.

If Feo had been on the end of it, they would still be looking for it

The bloke played on for a further 13 or so minutes before he was subbed. I think the delay in issuing the card was because the ref was waiting for the linesman to confirm that the ball wasn't reachable. Which in the circumstances would be the right thing to do before issuing a red based on a new ruling. I doubt the ref was waiting to see if the fouled player got up quickly or not, particularly nowadays when every second contact leads to someone rolling around like a bitch.

I'm with you on the 'we know what will happen' front BUT! We don't actually know 100% guaranteed - no one does - And if I had to bet my entire album collection and my £3k Martin Acoustic on it - I would go the way of the wheels coming of the wengermobile But wouldn't it be just like clueless to get a Huge slice of luck several times - And all the other top teams fuckup badly and we scrape to a title win...Which of course means he signs a FIVE year extension on £12mill per year...and we are even more fuked up than we are now..all because of mistakes and failures by other managers and teams....so we wouldn't even be able to blame the cun.t. :?
I would take that, I am no AKB, more of a WOB, but I want the title so bad :(

Mate last year was that year, with City and the chavs screwing up big time, united shit and liverpool in transition and still Wenger couldn't get the team over the line. No chance this year lads
