Re: SUMMER TRANSFER THREAD
Stories of Higuain, Fellaini, Rooney and Suarez joining us are just for laughs. How many people can honestly say that they believe Wenger will bid more than £20 million for any player? Even if he has £300 million to spend he will still go for cheap and unknown players like our first signing of the summer

Villa was not going to Spuds. He just waited for a spanish club who are going to play in the CL....it is allways going to be exspensive for Pl clubs to buy foreign player...the is then allways 20% higher
Re: SUMMER TRANSFER THREAD
In Spain the president is head master of the Club. Especielly when it is election year they have to be macho and show who has the power and WHO is to be elected again. He is talking the price up and invites other clubs til make an offer...none of us has not got the clue what is going on at the momentChippy wrote:It was posted about 3 pages back.bradpiff wrote:So now Real are saying that they have received no offers from us for Higuain

If Higuain doesn't sign for us, I (and I am sure, many others) will not know whether to laugh or cry...bradpiff wrote:So now Real are saying that they have received no offers from us for Higuain:
No Arsenal offer for Gonzalo Higuain yet says Real Madrid president Florentino Perez

JD, we are as classy as a night out at the Queen VichighburyJD wrote:cluelessgreen gooner wrote:I laugh at all this talk of 'class' regarding Arsenal to be honest. A string of historical incidents show we are anything but classy. Suarez is a proven goal scorer and that is the kind of player we need if we want to be a trophy winning team/club.

Re: SUMMER TRANSFER THREAD
How about Kaka?
He's no longer in Madrid plans and his value is 10m, that is a good price even for Wenger.
