Wenger Out protest thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Whoa hold on mate....just respect Herds stance....no big deal.....

My opinion is same as you, but all for hearing others out and respecting opinions

I was wondering when Steve_I would emerge and fancied it would be after a win.

He will never change his mind, not even if we ended up in The National League. Cant say I respect it TBH, he never really gives any reason other than Arsene is Arsene. Quite extraordinary really.

Chip off the old block :?

J have been for a change of manager for years now Wenger has had more than enough time to prove the likes of me wrong and my views aside what reasons are there to keep him.

This season the old get out of jail card that Arsenal play great football can't even be used to back him anymore for those that do I only see him staying as not only holding us back but the longer he stays the longer it will take a new man to take us forward.

He spent the best part of 90m in the summer we have gone backwards this season.

The thought of him wasting more money in the market doesn't bare thinking about let alone a wage bill that I believe many, many managers would do a lot better with,140k Theo 'box to box' midfielder Xhaka  bet Hollywood Ramsey is probably on six figures as well.

You can go through the whole squad and he has overpaid all barring Sanchez who whatever he earns he deserves.

The socialist wage bill that buys loyalty let alone contract extensions for Mertersacker,Coq and Giroud money down the drain imo.

Overseen by one man,the man holding us back.

I think they still put a quarter of all their royalties into an account for if he returns. Which isn't likely given that he is definitely dead.

I have no venom for those who want him out although do not agree with their rationale. I believe should I meet herd in the pub that we'd be able to chat and share a pint while managing to have opposing views, because we're gooners. I do, whilst as mentioned carry no venom for individuals, vehemently oppose the protest culture that has overlapped into and during gametime.

Feel free to reconsider that decision

Steve what do you see in our performances that gives you any optimism that we will / can

A) Play football worth watching, which by and large we don't anymore
B) Play with heart and desire, fight for the ball, win challenges, track runners etc
C) Out think the modern coaches that are flexible and target opponents weaknesses (ours are so obvious )

Why has Wenker been incapable of adapting / changing so far in these years and years and years of not competing ?

being "loyal" to a man who earns £8 -£9 million a year is not the same as being an Arsenal supporter - the good of the club needs to come first and that is Wenker out, no matter how unpalatable it may be.

The biggest protest is the one our players have been on starting with the Watford game at the end of January.

We've won four games since then - two against non-league sides and the other two at home to two of the worst clubs in the league.

This has been a collapse to rival 2010/11. And there's plenty more to come.
