Waving his arms is not genuinely "showing he gives a toss", it is making the gesture of showing he gives a toss by indicating "hey look at me, I'm so good, but the rest of them are shit, oh poor me". And that is a fucking no no. You do not do that. Have you ever played football? Golden rule at all levels is respect your team mates - you absolutely do not act the whining bitch towards them on the pitch if they make a mistake.
What makes it even more infuriating is the mistake is usually Ramsey's, caused by his over-elaboration, delaying on the ball, or ludicrous flicks, which he then tries to blame on a team mate not giving him the ball where he wanted it. Or as often happens, one of his team mates sees a better option for a pass and Ramsey has a pop because he wasn't given the ball, because he genuinely (and wrongly) believes he is world class and can control the pace of the game. That is pure out of whack ego.
What, you mean like Walnutt did to jenkinson when we got raped 8 -2 at manure - Walnutt being the amazing attacking player he thinks he is decided not to track back and help out a defender in his first or 2nd game...they score and walnutt then had the audacity to blame Jenkinson - who was left stranded against 2 players - all because walnutt didn't do his job / didn't see the danger and help his tema mate out. That's the same Walnutt who is on £140k a week! and is of course a favourite of wenger![]()
). If I'd been Feo's captain that day he lit up Jenko I'd have slapped him in the dressing room afterwards.

Also it was one of Jenkinson's first game's for us - And Jenko is a Gooner through and through - And for that Mamby Pamby Little shyte Oike that is the talentless speedy gonazalez leave the ball behind and can't grow a beard at the age of 26 -to 'Blame' him for the goal was an Absolute Disgrace... He must have made Jenkinson feel like shyte - feo is a spoilt brat cunnt and Jenko should have punched the wanker's lights out.

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Once again, even though I don't think the players you mentioned are outstanding in any way, but I do think they have the potential to be better than they are at Arsenal. I think Wenger is their problem. Ox has lost his way completely and seems to have been discarded and Walcott has been allowed by Wenger to believe that he is so much better than he actually is (his ludicrous wages are testament to that). Ramsey the same. These guys get zero help nor guidance under Wenger, neither the hairdryer treatment when needed nor the mentoring arm around the shoulder.GoonerMuzz wrote:I have a real problem with the attitude of the British players in our squad and to be honest i'd be happy for him to offload the majority of them.
Looking at Walcott, Gibbs, Ramsey and Ox on their current form none of them are good enough for the team and i don't see any of them improving under Wenger.
You could probably make a good amount of money off them and replace them with players with more desire and better attitudes either by buying or promoting players.
Oh and please can he get rid of Sanogo too
Wenger is a truly terrible manager in every possible way. I believe Arsenal AFC would be better off if these players all went elsewhere and so would they.
And of course we would be even better off if Wenger went elsewhere but he wouldn't be....... so he won't.
Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Why is it that our players are always interested in a move....Ouzil, Bellerin Ramsey all reported as interested in offers
Where is the loyalty in modern day footballers?

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Wenger is part of that equation - he may inspire loyalty from players who wouldn't be able to get in another Top 6 team...also he pays them very well for their limited skills and talents - Whereas those better quality players in our ranks are wise enough to know they can go anywhere...mind you there are also those who having been under wenger's mis-informed spell for so long actually believe their own hype - Players like walnutt and ramsey - both seem like nice lads/people But as players really do not have what it takes.Redarmy wrote:Why is it that our players are always interested in a move....Ouzil, Bellerin Ramsey all reported as interested in offers

Why is it that we want to shit players to show no loyalty and f.uck off, and expect the good players to stay a waste their careers in a club that isn't driven to win the big trophies ? Why is it that we all complain about the lack of ambition inside our club, but slate the players who also see it and want out ? Why is it that we are disgusted by players who are motivated by money, but continually call them money grabbers when they leave to play for clubs that are competing for the big prizes ?
Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Yeah agree with comments above, but even shit like spurs seem to keep there players...do not hear Kane or any other of that lot desperately trying to engineer a move to Spain or Italy, its embarrassing

I guess the reality is that not every player is a money grabbing barsteward and some actually want to reach the pinnacle of their game, those who come to Arsenal seem to quickly realise they can't achieve it here.Redarmy wrote:Yeah agree with comments above, but even shit like spurs seem to keep there players...do not hear Kane or any other of that lot desperately trying to engineer a move to Spain or Italy, its embarrassing
When they get the big offers from other clubs it is an easy choice to move away but it is spun by the media, club and sections of the fans as disloyalty by the player but in actuality is a positive move for those players careers

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Poor Wenger.
Rookie manager Zidane achieves in half a season at Real what Mr know-it-all cant do after almost 20yrs at the Arsenal.
The first French manager to win the Champions League.

Said elsewhere on the forum, Wenger is vindicated in the eyes of some (sheep) people because Atletico or more importantly Simeone lost the Champions League final. It was the same with Klopp last week..
Re: THE WENGER THREAD
After the CL final tonight on BT Sport there was a programme with Tom Watt called Football Outposts about clubs who had once been unlikely european giants for a spell before almost disappearing back to into obscurity. It was quite interesting but Watt overdoes the poignancy and the long pause for dramatic effect thing too much as he often does.
Anyway one of the teams featured was the French team Stade de Reims in the 1950s. They were labelled as playing ''champagne football'' and had apparently brought something new to the game.
And then right on cue ...guess whose mug pops up on the screen to educate us about how ''they had technical quality'' ... an ''intelligent technical coach'' ... and were ''the first technical team in France''. All about technique technique technique
Watt then told Wenger how someone he had met on his travels had told him that Stade de Reims were like Arsenal under Arsene Wenger. This was two men clearly in their element. One sycophant getting the chance to suck up to his lord and master ... and the other getting his massive ego nicely massaged by one of his disciples.
Later in the programme someone mentions Wenger's name when thinking of examples of those who are ''football masterminds''
And so despite years of mis-management and underachievement, Wengers reputation in the game is largely undamaged

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Some might say Zidane has better players than we do, and whilst that is true, I still dont believe for a second Wenger would win the CL with this Real Madrid team.
