I've read on a few sites that Conte is in line to replace Arteta
Obviously, I hope this does come to fruition sooner rather than later.

When I argued before about Emery getting us to 5th and within a point of the Champions League (not to mention a EL final), people argued that it wasn't for that reason that he got sacked but for the second season slump (the massive one that saw us drop to 7th), and also the fact that he lost the dressing room.

I don't want to relight that particular fire but if it was true that he had alienated certain players and the board saw the problems that came with that, then what the fuck are they seeing now. Auba hasn't wanted to play for this prick for a year or more, Swampy wants off, Laca now looks to have fallen out/been sidelined, Martinelli has lost all his sparkle having been treated like shit. The body language of the squad on Friday night looks defeated.

What is it about this c.unt that saves him from the chop?
