It cost the Kroenkes about 15m to get rid of Emery and his coaches I believe. Sacking Arteta will cost more as he has brought in a lot of his own people. Sacking him will be a very last resort !!

A list to make Wenger proud that one

A big tall fairy of a centre back
Someone made of paper in Partey
Some "super quality" no marks like Runarsson

Its like 2011 revisited!

8-2 at City in a couple of weeks?

I've read on a few sites that Conte is in line to replace Arteta
Obviously, I hope this does come to fruition sooner rather than later.
When I argued before about Emery getting us to 5th and within a point of the Champions League (not to mention a EL final), people argued that it wasn't for that reason that he got sacked but for the second season slump (the massive one that saw us drop to 7th), and also the fact that he lost the dressing room.

I don't want to relight that particular fire but if it was true that he had alienated certain players and the board saw the problems that came with that, then what the fuck are they seeing now. Auba hasn't wanted to play for this prick for a year or more, Swampy wants off, Laca now looks to have fallen out/been sidelined, Martinelli has lost all his sparkle having been treated like shit. The body language of the squad on Friday night looks defeated.

What is it about this c.unt that saves him from the chop?
He's cheap, and put together a fantastic power point presentation.

Sadly that list isn’t even complete. I know they were “free” but the board backed Edu/Arteta on giving huge salaries and long contracts to Willian (3yrs@£200k+) Auba (3yrs@£300k+) and Cedric (4yrs@£100k+). Mentalists.

You are right though g88ner, those salaries have to be included.

And this latest signing of Ramsdale after the signing of the overpriced Ben White clearly shows how fucked we are as a club. :|

I know those figures are never 100% accurate but they are usually close enough. Put in a list like that it makes grim reading. :?

That's almost a full starting XI.

Let's say £222m is close enough for arguments sake, that's £222m worth of players that will win you not much, if anything at all. A real gathering of "meh".

Then compound that by giving cuntfeatures Clive an extended improved contract and you have the dealings of an amateur backed by idiots. :censored:

As much as Arteta is a clueless clown, I'd put the blame for that list if shite more in Edu than Arteta.

I don't buy for a minute this bullshit theory that Martinez-Lite has zero say on signings. Edutard might have the final say but you can bet your shrivelled up bald old bollocks that Martinez-Lite is consulted. They are equally culpable in my eyes.

And nowhere does that apply to more than in the case of willian - if a signing has been pushed on you, you dont continue to pick him week after week when he is absolute dogshite

That depends on whether the bloke that insisted on buying him and is also represented by that players agent is also the one keeping you in a job :rubchin:
