The ''no one is coming'' Transfer Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Fuck all signings to report but hey the good news is that 2 new kits were unveiled overnight :barscarf:

You better get yours quick though before they become obsolete again next May, fingers crossed we get go say the same for Monsiour scrotum features.

Interesting comment from eddie howe last night on buying players -

"It gets more difficult as the window starts to edge away"

That couldn't be true could it ? Hasn't our genius mr arsehole wenker told us that the transfer market only really gets going in the last 2 weeks :?  :banghead:

Latest rumours have us spending more on a defender than a striker...£42m for Mustafi and £35m for Lacazette.

From what I have read, Valencia seem ready to let Mustafi go for around £25 million, far less than the release clause mentioned. He looks good, hope he is brought in as our centre back options are dwindling and quite laughable to be honest.

Hope Arsene has found a decent trolley in working order in preparation for the supermarket dash on Aug 31st. Nothing worse than a broken or squeaky wheel!! :barscarf:

Mustafi and Holding both 6ft too small to survive premiership physicality.

There's a bit more noise about signing Mustafi.
I've seen him a few times and he looks OK, but nothing special, Certainly not worth a big fee.

I don't know much about Ginter, but that noise seems to have disappeared.

I'd go for Jeison Murillo. He used to play for Granada and I seen him quite a bit. He's quickish (though not in the Kos class), a decent tackler (although he does love a sliding challenge) and decent in the air. He's very strong and is excellent on the ball and a good passer.

They could be 106ft tall but under Wanker's management, it would make no difference at all.

Remember another one of his crazy ramblings....anymore than 2 signings destabilises a team

Not sure where he gets all this shit from, think hes hearing voices

don't really give a fuck now, just want this season done and him gone, just hope we don't incur too much damage

Didn't Wigan have that blue kit a few years ago? Image
We moved grounds so that a decade later, we could get turned down by Leicester players and copy kits from Wigan. Fucking wonderful. One Arsehole Wanker.
