but posting a story that has no revelance to arsenal is just pointless really, unless if a major transfer has gone through, e.g kaka to madrid

**** is a indeed a legend - on the 2nd page of this thread you yourself made reference to David Villa so for those that had mentioned him in the past I was just highlighting that he may be up for grabs?

In some fashion almost evrything has some relevance to Arsenal imo.

19.55: I've done some digging in France and RMC seem to think Chamakh's been holding talks with Fulham, but there's no agreement yet because he wants to wait to see what Arsenal do.

No Gunners deal for Chamakh
Reports that Arsenal were closing in on the signing of Moroccan international Marouane Chamakh have been denied by his club Bordeaux.

The 25-year-old is expected to leave the Ligue 1 champions this summer, with just one year remaining on his contract.

The Gunners and Fulham have both been linked with him, but Bordeaux president Jean-Louis Triaud insists that no deal has been done so far.

"That is only chatter," he said. "I don't know where it came from, but I never heard any Arsenal representatives since [Sylvain] Wiltord, which means almost eight years."

Meanwhile, there are claims that Arsenal will sign Ajax defender Thomas Vermaelen on Friday after he has completed a medical.

Raul Albiol: £15M Spanish Defensive Rock Still on Liverpool & Arsenal Hitlist

Some of that clip must be old projoe - valencia aren't assured of champions league next season yet ?? The spanish season finished weeks ago and they know damn well (even if this media hack doesn't :roll: ) that they aint in next seasons champs league

The Holland international has been linked to The Gunners in recent weeks, but he is apparently determined to prove himself at the Santiago Bernabeu.

that sneijder story is fake you know. the setanta transfer blog person made up that rumour, and it got a bit out of hand, so were certainly not interested in him, unfortunately
