Right am off to the gym for an hour to burn off what i will be putting on in the subsequent 3 hours :lol:

Am landing in Thailand on the 6th for the return game so will have to watch it in my room that has sky sports. They are 7 hours ahead (2:45am start)so while the missus is trying to sleep off jet lag i will be raiding the mini bar and screaming at the tv :shock:
