Carling Cup Final Tickets

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

With all this news of ballot, I am pretty sure I wont be getting a ticket. I'll just watch it on the box with some *word censored* commentator cumming everytime Cuntingham touch the ball.

How fucking stupid is that the internet is 24 hours and the time period required to buy doesn't state "but not between 11pm-4am"! I can't even log-in to see loyalty points/past transaction history if I wanted to.

Maybe should have made the Cup Final tickets priortiy instead of trying to sell tickets for tomorrow night and amend an online grocery order

Kevinho just said that you can't purchase tickets outside of office hours to which I replied I have before and then found one which was about 10.30pm. Although that was before they changed the format.

Was out visiting friends today will try again in the morning then when at home!

On the corporate tickets thing again.

My sister works for BNP Paribas who have a box at Arsenal and she said they have been allocated 12 +1 (i.e. 24) tickets for the CC final. I don’t know the exact number but let’s say that there are around 100 boxes at arsenal, then that’s 2400 tickets going to hangers on, prawn sandwich brigades, twice a season (manure / chelski at home) Arsenal part-time warriors. Makes me sick, I live in Leeds and still manage to get to 15 games or so a season and I would die for one of those tickets but am resigned to watching this game on TV. Yet at least 2400 fucking wankers will be tossing off those seats and no doubt playing on their blackberry graphites for half the fecking game. Sucks.

Just checked moneymakerswontspendanythingsoigetabonus.com and the tickets haven’t sold that much so far. Nearly everything in green.

Also we still have 3 blocks not available to purchase that’s in grey.

I went for Upper Tier just cos I thought towards the front of lower might be a dodgy view. Anybody have experience of something as close to the front as 8?

Will be pretty much the same kind of view as the Grove row 8. Better view where you are but better atmosphere in lower tier

Agreed. Can't remember the row but I was near the front of the upper and didn't enjoy it much.
