Just fuck off! Seriously sounds like a dictator now.

What about this paragraph?

"A chorus of jeers rang out at Emirates Stadium at the end of their 2-0 defeat to Liverpool, with a small section of supporters calling for Wenger to spend some money before being drowned out by those supporting the Frenchman."

Who in their right frame of mind would cheer Wenger after the POS that was displayed in front of them... these blind c**ts are ruining our club.

Our club is a train wreck at the moment and these morons still support ARSENE rather ARSENAL. It's like our club is turning into some fucked up cult.
As I said on the other thread, a chorus of "One Arsene Wenger" erupted near me at one point. Couldn't believe my fucking ears. :banghead:

I think the atmosphere was alright today due to most of us expecting to lose & being resigned to how crap we've become. Siege mentality, gallows humour - that kinda thing. Sadly AFC seem to have interpreted that as us being somehow proud of how things are at the minute & that we should be outraged at being "cheated" out of a point by two offside goals. You need only read the cringeworthy match report on pravda.
I think a lot of the media are misinterpreting the fans. The atmosphere was great today, but it was support for the team, the XI players pulling on the red and white. Am surprised about the one arsene wenger chant.

The manager and the board have let us, and the current crop, down.
I'd agree with that. The support for the team was, on the whole, excellent today. There were several players out there, who to be honest probably weren't ready for such a game, yet it was not their fault they were out there but the manager instead...
Yeah absolutely, it's important for the fans to stay behind people like Jenkinson and Frimpong. It's not their fault they've been hauled into the deep end and have been asked to play such a key role and they're bound to make one or two mistakes.

Let's hope to god he doesn't spend any money!

Why you say? Because he'll spend it on fucking useless Frenchmen, that are not good enough and when he goes in a couple of months, we'll be left with more shit that we can't get rid of and no money to spend.

It is VITAL that Wenger is removed from his position and not allowed to fritter money away imo.

Worst players on the pitch today? Arshavin, Ramsey, Walcott (although he should be playing up front!) and RVP. If only they could have shown some of the passion and commitment of Jenkinson, Vermalen and Frimpong!

Walcott for me, Ramsey had a poor game too. Thought Arshavin had a few bright moments. Was tough going for RvP up there on his own, was getting pretty much no service from a poor midfield.

Don't forget MK, that Ramsey is being asked to basically run the centre of the midfield. He's expected to pull the strings and play through balls and make tackles. The guy is 20 years old. The amount of expecation is huge and when they don't perform week in week out, people get on their backs. That's wengers fault of course, but the fans must be patient with players like Ramsey because he will be superb, but we have huge expecations because Wenger has asked too much of them.

Gotta support the players mate, simple as that. It's not Ramsey's fault he's been chucked into the middle of midfield. If you want to vent frustration at Wenger, fine, but people need to stick behind the actual playing staff no matter what (as long as they put in 100% effort obviously!)

If you think I'm gonna support that complete waste of a jersey Arshavin then I'm afraid youre very wrong. Wenger may insist on playing him and yes thats Wengers fault but Arshavin is NOT a premier league quality player imo

I take your point with Ramsey though.

Yeah but for me Arshavin doesn't put in 110% for the club. I think he's lazy, he's still lazy, he hardly tracks back and therefore he doesn't deserve support. I can forgive people being shit as long as they put in 110% for the club. Sure, they're still shit and shouldn't be playing for arsenal, but I wouldn't blame them for that.

I would forgive him for being lazy and not tracking back if he were any good. Hes not, hes fuckin shitl. He probably does give 100% Problem is hes shit.
I know hes being played out of position but he has no touch, awareness, breaks down almost every move and is.................... well................shit, no matter wher he finds himself on the pitch.

And yes I know it all boils down to the Wenger for playing him but I really really cannot stand Arshavin. Hes fuckiun shit. I find it very difficult to support him. I find it very easy to support young, inexperienced players thrown in at the deep end by the Wenger but Arshavin? Go take a long walk off a short pier!

My verdict on today's game?
"The kids showed fight, but sadly need more experienced players next to them to guide them."

I could have written that any time during the last four seasons.

Wenger can moan and groan all he wants and his excuses- and I never thought I would say it but his lack of respect and class gets even more pathetic after each week. He is yet again burying his head in the sand with all this 'every dfeat feels like and earthquake' bollox. Why the fuck shouldn't fans that pay the highest prices in the world feeel pissed off and upset? If he had had a year or six months and people were calling for his head, I could understand but he has shown no clue for the best part of seven years now and this is the first time he has faced any pressure from the media. He is behaving like a spoilt brat and should remember that no where else in European football would tolerate this. To be honest he could have been through all this about three years ago. People have trusted him, people have been patient and he sends out a side today that looked and behaved like a post-season testimonial team. It is his fault that we have an inury crisis in August for fuck's sake, his fault that players are going about throwing themselves into tackles and getting sent off- here's an idea, fucking well teach them about staying on their feet and not making stupid decisions- his fault that we have players being played out of position in our first home game of the season and his that the players look totally clueless and disunited.
We, the punters run this club, not you. If we want to express frustation and anger because we feel let down by you and deceived then we will. You are paid an obscene amount to manage the club so start listening to the fans, stop treating us like *word censored* and we may well just lay off you for a while.
