hi first post here,

been reading this forum for years, and had trouble signing up with a gmail account for last two years???????

Im the W in the picture and i know the fella with the S for the last few years has been thinking the same as me .... we have wanted him out for a long time.

I have refused merchandise and programs even that shiity beer flavoured water they serve at the grove when i used to go, I stopped going week in week out in the 2010 season because the club i have supported are no longer a football club. people at the time called me mad but hey ...... look at it now

at the time of this game Stoke home may 2009 things were ok and at the time i didnt think we needed to get rid of wenger but things changed very soon after that, anyone who has me on facebook will know that my views for the last few years are far from what 'that' picture depicts.

also the lad in the usmanov banner picture (without disclosing too much about a good mate) has been on a ban since the first BSM march @ villa home,(if only you lot knew why ;) ) also very very anti wenger / board.

maybe a few of us who drank and had a laugh in the rocket were a bit naive back in the day, red action were intially in our block 6 and solely were there to improve the atmosphere.... itr wasnt till after that day with the usmanov banner that we found out the club had funded half of the costs of that banner..... which made me highly suspicious of an agenda being set .......

at this point i stopped drinking in the rocket,

now saying that after all the bullshit results the lack lustre performances inclding the ones this season as well including last nights farce......

we are all suffering the same here ... so wishing bad days on people who once thought differently many years ago is a bit immature pal ...... its not as if these photos were taken last week .

P.s.
for the record i didnt wear an I love wenger t shirt (Thank christ in hindsight)

lets just get nicks "Thanks arsene" banner shown as soon as possible as wenger has to leave ASAP

Not half as 'immature' as referring to our second largest shareholder as 'Jabba' and believing a load of spoon fed lines about the guy just because someone told you that you should

As I've already said on here the "Who knew Nasri and Fabregas" banner is just over a year old and whenever I look at the North Bank end I can still see the same old "In Arsene We Trust" banner sitting there. So whilst you may well have made the defection to the 'dark side' there are quite clearly thousands that haven't. Look at the Bradford match thread - there were fans singing "There's Only One Arsene Wenger" last night when we were suffering at the hands of a League Two team playing a shelf-stacker centre forward.

Coming forward and admitting you've changed your mind is admirable don't get me wrong, but please tell me who it is singing these songs and making these pro-Wenger banners still. They must be from within that RedAction group. So I'll caveat what I said before....

I hope everyone on that march that still feels the same way or hasn't got the balls to admit they were wrong and misguided has a truly shit day and gets the piss ripped out of them

im not sure fella, like i say i cut off all ties with red action as soon as it became apparent banner costs were partly funded by the club... from hear say from mates who still go and were on the swansea march there was a surprising few faces of red action organisers .... i never thought id see that day.

i dont even think red action still exists?

yeah and i love the way the club will let pro banners in and anti banners are refused, what the fucks all that about? scared of the truth!!

You wont catch me in that arab stadium now till it changes, just maybe the odd away game once or twice a season to catch up with good pals of old

its tuff love

Hi mate - welcome to the forum. I personally started to lose faith in Wenger about 2007/08 and the collapse around the Brum debacle but I kind of hung in there. I criticised him alot at the time but I believed he might turn it around and stated in summer 2009 (I think) that I'd (personally) give him until May 2010 to sort it or I'd too be calling for his head. I just felt we "owed" him the chance to get it right.

But I look at how much worse we have become in those 2 years and I'm appalled. I wanted him gone in May 2010 and I look at us now and it's just shocking.

Unlike alot of our members here I still love and respect Arsene for what he has achieved in the past and all the great times he has given us, but those times are gone now. This is not the same Arsene Wenger, this is now a meglomaniacal despot that has failed to address the same issues year after year after year and mostly because of his own arrogance. I now want him gone more than any other manager in our history.

So I appreciate where you've come from, and good on you for coming on here and stating your case.

Welcome. I notice that you have not denied wearing a sombrero :rubchin:

Hi,
Shocking result yesterday! It is even a big thing in German Kicker footie magazin:
http://www.kicker.de/news/fussball/intl ... geben.html
To sum it up: Arsenal (Wenger), we have given everything!

Well if this was everything then it was a nightmare...

Regarding your Banner. How good are you connected within the different Fan groups?
I think you should organize something for the next home game 26.12. against West Ham.
Nothing within the stadium, but something like a meeting before the game and a protest march towards the stadium.

Good luck!
Cheers,
Thomas

Where've you been Thomas?

On a serious note none of the fan groups have a Wenger out agenda, even the BSM, and certainly not the Red Action *word censored*.

Welcome.

Similar views to DB10Gooner, except I rated Wenger in the 2007-2008 season, and I still think we had a good team then.

I started losing faith summer of 2008 when we sold off most of our midfield without adequately replacing them, but still hung onto the hope he could turn it round, but by last summer wanted a new manager, though accept that is very unlikely to happen until summer 2014 earliest when his contract runs out.
Because the board love him, he makes the club money.

I am not at all convinced by Kroenke either.
I respect the whole sensible planned debt thing, but think the balance has swung too far, and that lack of investment in players could cost us Champions League football, and is driving fans away from matches.
