The 2015 Transfer Rumours Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

(As an aside, did Amapdu make one or two appearances for the first team? I remeber it as one but some sources say two.)

Unless there are two Amapdu's coaching at Hale End?
It would seem unlikely.

I've just consulted with the Oracle of Wiki and what you have posted is repeated there, so that bullshit website I quoted from can sling its electronic hook.

Said oracle also shows two appearances for Snr.
I saw him come on as a sub against Everton I think in 1989-90.

So, wenker giving statements about January transfer window in his latest press conference today.

"Wenger on January window: "There will be very little activity. Quiet in first three weeks, frenetic in last few days. Usually the market not busy in Jan.

"If everybody is fit and available, we dont need to go into transfer market but we have to accept Koscielny has a question mark over fitness, so we may have to go into market."

Sanchez, Giroud and Welbeck are fit and rested."

the injuries give him an excuse to fail, why would he strengthen ?

when we don't make 4th in May, at Gatwick he can point to the injuries and say there was no one available in January, and to judge him next year.

Listening to the Tuesday Club podcast and them talking about the lack of central defenders on the market.

Whatever happened to producing our own? I know that London has never really produced many quality central defenders....

Believable, Howedes is experienced and I can see Mertesacker promoting the appeal of the club to him.
