But I never understand this routine wave of negativity before games. Sure the team has well documented deficiencies but it’s a cup competition and we’ve shown we can compete hence qf berth.

I've noticed you've eased off a bit on the disingenuous arguing of late, and I've always given people enough rope to either hang themself or turn it round, but you are literally on your last chance here. If you destroy one more thread by constantly shifting the goal posts of your argument, or posting to provoke a negative reaction, or using any other WUM tactics, as you have done many times previously, you will be gone.

You don't get to question the credibility or loyalty of any member on here.
If anything it's you that runs off and stops posting on certain threads after you've been proven completely wrong or been asked a genuine question you cannot answer because you know it kills your argument. There are numerous examples of this all over the forum. You never ever hold your hand up and say "ok sorry I got that one wrong" - unlike the vast majority of posters on here.
