Wasn't sure where to out this , nice interview with Freddie

Great interview and still got a lot of love for this fella. If we'd have known the appointment of Captain Black was about to follow, I'd have stuck with him as manager. Disgraceful the way him and Mertesacker were thrown to the wolves after Emery was sacked.

So much sense spoken in his interview. I think he'll have a successful managerial career - future AFC manager perhaps

Enjoyed reading that, so thanks for posting it :barscarf:

He obviously has a lot of time for the youngsters, which maybe wouldn’t transcend to being first team manager ?
Might make the ideal no2, alongside a more experienced manager

Remember when Henry offered his services Free to coach the Youth/academy players and wenger turned him down? Typical wengerCUNT it was and always HAD to be about him didn't it. :censored:

I always hoped we would bring in the likes of Bergkamp, Viera and Henry to coach the Mid-filed, attack and to read the game...Can you imagine how much better the academy players would / could be having been shown how to play AND How NOT to play by those three? :?

There have been stories over the years of Adams and Dixon both approaching the club and offering their services for free to work with the defenders and Wanker not even bothering to respond. What a silly fucking prick he was.

Look at the difference Keown made on the champions league run with Sender's and Flamini in defence ., then he released him.

Note he is looking to educate himself the right way rather than jumping into a top club straight away!

Freddie was ten times the player, with a tenth of the ego and arrogance, of Martinez-Lite.

Don't get me wrong, Martinez-Lite for his first two seasons was one of out best most consistent players, but it was a low bar in fairness....

turn it up DB only 10 times? artrta was steady eddie for a couple of seasons amongst a sea of crap. he was meh at best. relatively freddie was on a different level. desired by the top top clubs, massively experienced international glittering trophy haul.

this isnt prejudice against arteta, he did ok for 2 seasons when our ambitions were limited to 4th place before he became a massive laibility when his legs went.

Can't see him still being in charge for the Norwich game.
Just hope they both go.
If we don't get Conte, then I can honestly see Wenger back as caretaker.
If we did get Conte, then his first job is to tell Xhaka, he has played his last game and to fuck off!!
If he fails to do that, then he can fuck off before he even starts!

Captain Black is desperately trying to keep the fans onside with praise for their support as he knows once they turn he is gone. I can't see him going before Norwich, not with our clueless owners. Fail to win against Norwich then I think the crowd will send him on his way.

Arteta is your typical office politician. The guy at work with no talent but in the senior ranks. Many years of arse-licking gets you that high up. Now he is on the ropes he is, as you say, trying to blow smoke up the fans’ arses. He is also deflecting blame. Whether it be bad players, bad luck, Covid, Edu, whoever. These people exist in every workplace and will never accept fault. They are fucking snakes.

For the very first time in my lifetime of supporting this club, its very much come on Norwich. I won't watch the game because I couldn't bring myself to cheer for the oppo, so will stay away like today and hope that this game finishes off this mindless experiment

Hoping that before our next meaningful game against AFC Wimbledon that we have a new manager - preferably someone without the cradle marks on their arse still - and fresh hope

I've never seen an Arsenal manager so far out of his depth or so utterly clueless. You can put Don Howe, Stuart Houston, Bruce Rioch, Steve Burtenshaw, Terry Neill and Unai Emery right up in that list.

Should have just kept Freddie on. The bloke is leagues ahead of this utter tool
