Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger reveals plans to turn Granit Xhaka into a box-to-box player as he urges £35m man to make 'huge impact' on Premier League
Another project in the works I see... Ramsay MK.II
Still his way or the highway I see... you'd think someone would start showing a bit of humility after 12 years without a title

The thing is World Class Box To Box Players are a very, Very rare commodity - Besides what they can be taught there has to be a natural leaning towards that position from day one. They must be able to defend, as in protecting the back four by breaking up the forward play of the opposition before it becomes a danger, they have to know how to read the game in advance, to snuff out danger, But they must also have that creative skill and be able to turn defence into attack in the blink of an eye - they must also have a very good 'engine' be fitter (and quicker) than the average player..which is why players like PV4 only come along every now and again.
As a side note: Anyone with an ounce of knowledge of what makes an even decent box to box player would have moved heaven and earth to buy Kante - Yes, he has only had one season in the prem, even so the facts are: He reads the game extremely well, knows where and when to be, has a great engine, is at the premium age of 25yrs and has shown a natural ability and flair for the position.
Had we signed him we would not struggle in those games when we are 'slow to start'

- A box to box player is the kind of team member who can and will take the game by the scruff of its neck and drag or drive the team forward.
Cocquelin is okay, but not in the same league as Kante....I wish he were...but as I say Top Quality Box to Box players are a rare commodity.
