Having just read the quotes in the above article, where is the "biggest hint yet" that Wenger will leave this summer?OneBardGooner wrote:"Arsenal chief executive Ivan Gazidis has hinted manager Arsene Wenger's contract may not be renewed at the end of the season. The window lickers are going to jam up the Samaritans helpline for weeks once they digest that little nugget"Arsenal is not Arsene Wenger. They're not one in the same thing.”

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
I'm just pleasantly surprised the Board haven't changed the club's name to "Arsenel FC" and added a big ol' fat "1996" to the cartoon crest.

Yeah, I kind of assume I'll be living East coast too. I was a little shocked at how expensive housing is out there though - certainly going to cost more than living in Derby!Herd wrote:The stories about the heavy fines are largely that ,as long as you don't run round causing criminal damage, fight or take drugs you can prettyI'm moving to Singapore in the new year to work at the Selatar site. Went for a recky last month and quite liked the place. Very clean - not surprising given the hefty fines for litteringI like that though, I've got an unhealthy bee in my bonnet at smokers flinging fag butts on the floor as if it wasn't littering

much do as u like if your an Ang Moh ! Always pay the taxi Driver and if u puke in the car give him $50 more to clean it !
Seletar was a great place with many old black n whites (colonial style buidings) had a great Chilli House ,now closed ,but no doubt they will turn it into yet another shopping mall and premium but bland food n beverage outlets ,something which SIngapore has more than enough of allready !
Too much old Singapore is vanishing always for the worse but always for profit ,I loved living there and miss it ,you will most likely live out that way on the east coast which is great and cheaper than the city !
Anyway, I've had some great trips over the last few years to the far east so looking forward to being based over there. I've lived in the UK all my life so should be an interesting change.
Might even seek out the Singapore Arsenal supporters club

C'mon, g88ner. We all know you are going for the ladyboys. No shame in it nowadays (apparently) mate.g88ner wrote:Yeah, I kind of assume I'll be living East coast too. Re: THE WENGER THREAD
Prices have come down a lot,it depends what you go for I lived in water place and my rent was s$4600 a month but now u can get a place there under s$4k . Its a lot but had all the mod cons pool, tennis courts, gym etc etc.
Have a look in http://www.propertyguru.com.sg/ u should be able to get a decent condo on upper ec road area or Bedok for under $3,000
If u want to go cheaper I would suggest living in yio chu kang but its a long way from town and the ladyboys that I know you will crave for !

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
I'm interested to know what those last two muppets know we can win.
It's clearly not the PL, nor the CL, so wtf are they looking so pleased about. "2 FA cups in only 12 years, doodah, doodah ...."

Thanks for the link Herd; very helpful! - looks like there's plenty of options up near Selatar and East Coast,Herd wrote:Prices have come down a lot,it depends what you go for I lived in water place and my rent was s$4600 a month but now u can get a place there under s$4k . By the way, DB10 pm'd me asking if he can visit me in Singapore. Apparently having an evening with a ladyboy is on his bucket list... with "bucket" being the operative word once Fister Fang has finished with him

Re: THE WENGER THREAD
The Wenger talk needs to be but on hold. Both those who want him gone, and his most loyal followers need to walk it all back.
He does however have to remain true to his word about not signing a new deal mid season. He cant just pen a deal when things are going well. He has to wait until the season is over, and its all laid bare.
