The thought of this transfer disgusts me.
Just thinking about it -
Ade: Wants to leave, is clearly lazy at times, fallen out with many fans, Wenger may be tired of his attitude, has burnt many bridges so might have had enough and isn't prepared to fight.
Offer: Ok, so he goes to a club that aren't in Europe full stop. That means he is getting DOUBLE his wages at Arsenal (approx 170k p/w) to play less yes LESS football. I guess he'll be used in the majority of league games and the odd cup game. So on that note, it's very clever from his point of view. He obv doesn't care about going from the Champions League to nothing then, for fucks sake I know he would probably want out but this transfer frustrates me!
I doubt City deserve to be 14/1 to win the title
have you seen their shit defence and average 4th-8th place midfield? I don't think he'll give them too much cos his mind will probably be on wages cos his hype has gone to head but argh it just pisses me off!
The only plus point is that it may improve spirit in the camp and that we only paid a few million for him to start off with, so once again, Wenger makes a huge profit. Problem is, will it be spent?

Arsenal will be a stronger unit without Emmanuel Adebayor

Put it this way Karel - Had he stayed - he obviously would have continued in the same vein as he did last season - dragging the 'Spirit' of the team down especially the younger players...whilst collecting £80k a week for being caught offside and scoring the 'occasional' goal when he somehow found himself in front of goal with Theo or someone else putting it right to his foot...so FUCK Him!....I'm just looking forward to when the toe rag returns to our ground and we can REALLY let him know what we all think :finger:
