Tbh as they wrote on Arseblog today, Arsenal only announce it when everything is signed and paid.

Just have patience, he'll be signed. I swear the internets made everyone so impatient

As arseblog pointed out, when we sold Greedycunt, city announced it 2 days before us. We just wait until all the paperwork is done. The player himself has been talking about it, i dont see why everyone is so worried...
