Cup final tickets
Re: Cup final tickets
If risking the Hull end, be sure to maintain your disguise by wearing a fat suit, grunting a lot and mumbling some shit about "City Til I Die", "Tigers" and "Knowing what we are" every few minutes.

Kicked over the vol-au-vents and split the Pimms, eh? Serves you right for not having the Butler with you to deal with these things. I always buy a whole row of seats for him and I so that I can be insulated from the hoi polloi and have him shine my shoes, hold the Labrador and read my newspaper to me during the game.remigardeshair wrote:I'm after a spare for little Toby, and also Tarquin, Pandora and Poluma, ideally I'd also like a spare seat to put my picnic basket on because at the semi final someone kicked my vol-au-vents over when that nice German chap scored, and my Pimms went everywhere during the penalty shoot out, I got a nasty stain on my cravate

Well Ladies and Gentlemen with a few hours to go, are we feeling lucky?!
Re: Cup final tickets
Don't forget to chuck in a quick "we support our local team" along with "same old Arsenal always cheating" as soon as any of our players are fouled.Robin_L wrote:If risking the Hull end, be sure to maintain your disguise by wearing a fat suit, grunting a lot and mumbling some shit about "City Til I Die", "Tigers" and "Knowing what we are" every few minutes.

What ho chaps! I've just rode in from the hunt and almost spilt my G'n'T on perusing your quite spiffing swift satirical sarcasm and rapid repartee. Jolly good show old boys.Perryashburtongroves wrote:Kicked over the vol-au-vents and split the Pimms, eh? Serves you right for not having the Butler with you to deal with these things. Yep definitely 2pm tomorrow & you'll need to log in to check the status as there will be no e-mail to inform you either way, the tickets are then available on a first-come first-served basis from 10am on Friday until 10am SundayLee1 wrote:Email I had when ''entered'' said from 2pm I think.nut flush gooner wrote:Indeed gl those in the ballot. Re: Cup final tickets
So today is the day of reckoning. I am very impatient, cant wait till 2pm!
I'm still pissed off with that fuckwit Hull fan going on about depriving them from seeing a once in a lifetime game. From looking at their local press, they actually had to queue at the ground to get tickets lol. This is 2014 not the dark ages, dont they have internet up there. Anyway what is more concerning is that season ticket holders where repeat purchasing with hull not registering the tickets to each fan. So when hundreds of gooners end up in their end it wont be difficult to figure why.

Best wishes today ..hope you all get sorted..Agree on that Hull fan, what a nerve coming on here basically threatening violence or at least intimidation of anyone not a Hull fan in their end. If Arsenal fans end up in the Hull section only Hull and their supporters are to blame. If you cannot shift 25,000 tickets for a " once in a lifetime chance " then accept bigger clubs supporters have rights too. Wigan in the Final last year and semi this year knew their limitations and certainly in this seasons semi final it worked. If Hull tickets end up on the black market Hull City and the FA are responsible .nut flush gooner wrote:So today is the day of reckoning. I am very impatient, cant wait till 2pm!

Good luck today for those awaiting the news from the ballot...
Felt so, so guilty on Monday night, sitting next to people who had been to more games than me this season but didn't have the 3 away credits... The guy just in front of me has had a season ticket for 40 years! Actually found it hard to join in with any singing of "Wembley, Wembley...", "She Wore..." etc... I just hope they are successfull in the ballot...! As a concession I have said that if the give me their log in details I will try to build up their credits for future years...

Mehhh, we all knew the score. Just your enthusiasm for going to away games dwindles when you turn up and it seems the players don't.MK Gould wrote:Good luck today for those awaiting the news from the ballot...

It is pure apathy agreed, and I for one don't begrudge those that have been to more than 3 away games tickets for the final. I will take a look at Arsenals policy for cup finals which it seems will be updated next season and make sure this doesn't happen again.

Dr Hull wrote:Hello all
A few of the City forums have been remarking that black market tickets for the the City end are cheaper than those at the Arse end of the ground.
Two points
1. Any Gooners in the City end are depriving City supporters of a once in a lifetime chance of seeing Hull City AFC in the final of the world's oldest competition.
2. I, and like-minded Tigernationals, will have no remorse in having any lurking Gooners hoiked out and facing the prospect of watching the last seventy minutes in Wetherspoons, Wembley Central.
So, if you get offered tickets in the wrong end and little Toby is just desperate to go, I wouldn't bother. It could be the worst £1,000 you ever spend.
Genuinely heartfelt good luck in your remaining games. If you secure 4th place, we get a go at Europe whether we win or not on May 17th.

Head explodes.
