Olympiakos at home.

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Gonna win Europa :barscarf:

Defend the trophy in 2017 :barscarf:

Seriously though, a new low. Struggling to win at home. For me, again, not having a quality striker is a huge handicap.

Everybody knows are summer transfer was a farce, and we considering the relatively weak rivals in the PL, it was a chance to really go for it.

Sorry gooners, we're a Porto/Olympiakos in the CL, take our money, take a beating, turn up again next year.

Please don't anyone spoil the moment by declaring how this is a 'turning point' for Wenger or how we'll miss out on the top four. It isn't and we won't. I'll point you back to numerous other examples of that in the past 8 years of shambolic failure - Blackburn, Bradford, losing to Birmingham at Wembley, endless humpings from Bayern, Barca and Dada Army Milan, 8-2, 4-4, 6-0 at the Bridge, 5-1 at Anfield, Monaco....shall we go on. The man has achieved what he needed to for Wiggy - a nice healthy profit, a transfer window profit, Group stage worth £25m, top 4
Indeed, it'll actually be his greatest ever achievement if we turn it round from here and qualify

I for one would very much like us to finish 3rd and drop into the Europa League. It's been a while since I looked forward to European games and being in a competition we could actually win would pique my interest (albeit that we'd do our best to get knocked out).

SteveO if i remember correctly group stage is worth nearly £40M this year due to the extra TV money so maybe we're actually at the stage where last 16 isn't important anymore
Exactly mate - mission accomplished. I think the extra rounds are only worth about another £3m each.....a mere drop in the dividend payment ocean for c.unt features Kroenke.

One day everyone will realise the damage this c.unt is doing to our great club. Literally the worst thing to happen to us in our almost 130 year history - sold out to an absolute shitebag, underachieving, c.unt syphoning off fans money without even a passing interest in the football side of things

The day he is no longer manager will be the greatest day as an Arsenal supporter. Better than any league or cup win. This never ending cycle of shit is fucking soul destroying, I can't fucking stand it anymore :banghead:
