What can one say about below average al ? He is without a doubt the most useless c**t we have had in our goals for the last 30 years Sell the c**t last january ? Who the fcuk would pay money for the c**t ?
As individuals I thought most players did ok today but the real problem was the arrogance/lack of a killer instinct. In wengerland our players are taught to treasure the ball and retain possession but more often than not it is passing for the sake of passing with no real purpose or cutting edge In years gone by when we would take the lead we would kill the game off either by pushing on and adding more goals or by shutting up shop at the back and these are things that these players are incapable of doing
Not exactly breaking news but wenger's stubborness is fcuking killing us - how many times does he need to see our B team play together to know that they are not good enough especially when the lose to ipswich and are unable to beat leeds, wigan, two average champs lge teams and now add orient to that list Does he continue to play them together to stick 2 fingers up at the fans who slate them ? Does he continue to play almunia cos he knows we hate him ? Does he make him captain to really wind everybody up ? The bottom line is that this is his team and his players and if he cannot see how shit some of them are or cannot motivate them to beat teams from lower divisions then it is a fcuking disgrace
I have to agree with you. What has the B team done this season. Its poor and these players are on big wages.
Wenger needs to replace some of these players for the future of the club. I mean Bendtner and Chamkah are not going to win us games. Van Persie cant do it alone we need good backup.
Denilson is bad, Rosicky also so he has mauch to sort out
Cannot understand what has happened to chamakh.....he looked like a good player early in the season but now seems to have regressed at an alraming rate Has wenger killed his confidence by dropping him for bendtner before xmas (would certainly kill my confidence to be dropped for bendtner) ? Anyway for whatever reason his form his dropped it has to be a major concern right now

Must say I find the excuses made for Chamakh fucking pathetic. He lost his place because he was fucking shite and hasn't looked like scoring since November.
Was it Wenger's fault when this guy was missing sitters for fun and bottling 1v1s prior to RVP and B52's return?
I'm just grateful that they only had one real attempt on goal. Any more and we would have lost! Almunia is utter dogshite.
I am frustrated by some players though. We all expect Denilson to be shite and Rosicky has never really re-gained his form from before the long injury lay-off but the one that really annoys me is Bendtner.
Let me take you back to the Ipswich town replay when he took a 60yd ball in his stride with the outside of his right foot. Cut inside by way of a Cruyff drag and curled an absolute peach into the far post. Quite simply world class! So we know he can do it Then yesterday he reverts to having the first touch of a rapist and the striking prowess of my elderly mum! Fuck me that boy is frustrating. He needs to take his head out of his arse and focus on earning a place in the team instead of whining about not having one.

From where i was stood it looked like it went through Almunia's legs, which it seems from replays it did. The guy is effing useless. No debate about that.
What I don't understand is why Wenger didn't make any subs. At 70 mins we were always vulnerable yet as usual he is far too reactive. It was a bit like Wigan away a couple of months back. You could almost predict it. The irony of all of this is that Wenger won us the match vs Barca with an inspired subsitution. Here he lost us the game by not making any.
Yeah that's right, he picks a player to 'stick two fingers up at the fans' and because 'he knows we hate him' Jesus christ you are thick Augie.
And frank, didn't Schezny get it slotted through his legs midweek, and the ball wasn't travelling half as quick.
The only thing we lacked was the sharp finishing, and we paid for it in the end. But considering we had a full 2nd/3rd team playing today ( which was necessary as the 1st choice players ran their bollocks off on Wednesday ) we played O.K I would be more worried if I were a Manure fan watching the shite they churned out yesterday with a half decent team fielded.
Time for louder to be quieter..or die.

I fucking hate the whole bandwagon thing where the small team are the goodies and the bigger team are the baddies, which always appear to be us, did you hear those c**ts doing the "same old arsenal" crap when squillaci was hit in the face? i thought northerners were left to that shit.
c**ts.
Want an embarrassment. How can you be so disrespectful?
Are they supposed to roll over and let us win because we are a Premiership team?
No, I expect them to do what they did, but anyone who joins in with that fucking song deserves no respect. Well over half the fans there yesterday don't go to orient regularly, as soon as Arsenal come to town its "were oh so loyal to our team, lets celebrate like we've won the FA Cup".
augie wrote: See I dont disagree with that line of thought........that team that lined up yesterday should be good enough to beat a team (comfortably) that are two divisions below them That they failed to do so again and have failed to do so against championship teams a few times this season reflects very very badly on wenger who is clearly failing to motivate them against lesser teams I know some will point to the romance of the fa cup and the fact that smaller teams can beat bigger teams but imo those days have long gone due to the huge gulf in wealth nowadays and results like yesterday should not happen
I think thr problem and no one will like this goes back to the lack of investment in the team since we over-borrowed to re-develop Highbury.
I think this is why a manager who had between 1998-2005 won the FA Cup four times reched the final five times and the last four seven times has clearly down graded this competition. The lack of depth our lack of spending had led to , has put us in a position where we lack the depth of quality to compete fully in all four competitions with any hope of winning more than the Carling Cup.
I think his decision to downgrade the competition has downgraded in the minds of the team as well , but again this is one more by-product of the non-investment since 2006
augie wrote: I can understand the argument that wenger is so wrong to continue to make as many changes in one game as he did yesterday and we have all seen proof on numerous occasions this season that this team simply cannot function without both cesc and nasri I have to say though that wenger brings this whole squad rotation thing to a ridiculous level - as I said on here recently how many times a season do you see barca rest messi and how many times would you see them leaving out as many players in one game as wenger continues to do ? Yet somehow we are to believe that our precious darlings are incapable of playing all these games and we are now in a position where we have yet another fixture added to what is potentially an overcrowded list
Agreed here, but I would add this again goes to the lack of qulaity depth. When you have quality cover at key positions you can both get away with resting and risking key players.. When you have Sylvain Wiltord you can get away with leaving Thierry Henry out or playing him and if there is a concern remcving him straight away . Depth of quality is the best of both worlds.
augie wrote: Anyway as I said I lay most of the blame for yesterday at the players feet as they continue to play with a nonchalent/dont give a fcuk attitude that we have seen too frequently this season Fair play to orient and fair player to their players who have earned a nice little jolly up in vegas for their efforts - we are all sick of the stories about how much all the big stars are earning and it is so nice to see those players who earn fcuk all by comparison get a bonus like that
Too many of our players are grossly overplayed and woefully undermotivated as a result and when played as a group this is what you get. Then they are players who are frankly underpaid and woefully undermotivated playing with them. A proper pay structure with some real addtional investment in the team would go a long way to remedying all of this.
