QPR match thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I'm still shocked we didn't buy a striker in January, when we didn't I assumed Benik Afobe must be on a fast track
It seems that the compromise of Titi on loan was made so we could wait for Podolski
Can only hope that is not a mistake that costs us big time in the race for the CL

We should have paid the extra for Podolski right at the beginning of the transfer window + given them Chamakh and Park on loan to fill in (may as well pay their wages in Germany where they might have increased their value)

I haven't even watched the highlights of QPR, gave my tickets to friends and went on holiday instead

Think I've missed half a dozen domestic games now and 4 of them were defeats!

I've wanted us to make signings and was wrong
- if we had bought a keeper summer before last, like I urged, Szcz would never have signed a new contract

On this - hold tight for Podolski - tactic I just don't see the logic of sending Afobe out on loan
yes regular gametime might be the best thing for his career right now - BUT he's already better than Chamakh or Park
why is Afobe's development taking priority over our league position...?
