Arsenal v Palace H 16.00 Sunday 17th
Re: Arsenal v Palace H 16.00 Sunday 17th
Sanchez and Ozil walk of down the tunnel, I bet their thinking, come on Pep, please come in for me, I'll pay you a hundred grand a week.

Is this season still going?
More boring shite as usual; we started off with our standard penning in of the opposition, then passing sideways around their area like fannies. Turning football into ballet again. No passing into space, no players driving into the area as in the old days, although these was one great defence-splitting pass by Ozil that was wasted by Welbeck. It's a shame that through balls are not tried that often. I do wish that someone would tell The Old Fraud that there are no points for aesthetics and pass completion rates above 90%!
Nice to see the Lamp Post and Hollywood benched again, but that accounts for two of the pre-arranged 70th minute substitutions.
Palace's attacks were more effective, giving us some trouble on the counter, as is standard for us. I do wish our full backs would stay in our own half for once. It is so boring seeing us get caught up the pitch in a 2-8-0 formation, with only blind luck stopping us from conceding from every break.
Pardew disgracefully broke the rules and gave instructions to his team all through the game. I can't see TOF being happy about that.
It was nice to see that Elneny hasn't yet received - or understood - the memo to never ever shoot, especially from outside the box. He'll be 'corrected' in the summer, no doubt. Then I had stream problems and missed about 20 minutes of the first half, although it seems I literally missed nothing of interest. I got back in time to see Ozil's chance missed, then Sanchez's goal thankfully came and it was a relief. It's embarrassing to see us huff and puff like that and make such hard work of every attack, especially as it's known how cheaply we give goals away. As we would do again today.
More predictable dull play in the second half. The expected subs were made, blah, blah. Interesting to see that wanker Adebayor again; I'd still take him over the donkey, although his attitude stinks even in spite of his coach trip. It wouldn't have been a surprise for him to score the equaliser either. As it happened, we typically shat ourselves anyway and conceded with ten minutes to go. These gutless cunnts drop yet more points. That's just 4 PL wins in 13 games now.
This dull sideways shite takes all the joy out of watching us play, let alone win. I'm ashamed to say that it's a chore to watch this tedious bollocks week after week. We're stuck with it while that fraudulent football snob is here.
WENGER OUT!

Oh well looking forward to Claude and DT on AFTV
Shocking result, totally dominated the match for 75 mins and only managed to score once, make a couple of subs, we immediately concede yet again but even then some will still say it was a decent result and that it is not AW's fault

meh, end of season shitefest between two irrelevant sides that haven't got much to play for
and the feeble booing at the end, wtf? give him some real shit, the only upside to seeing us draw/lose is seeing wenger under pressure. christ, no wonder the media aren't haranguing him knowing our support are a bunch of spineless, apathetic wankers

Scratch that, we just put that nail in ourselves. First season since 1995 that the scum get the bragging rights, but then they do have a better team than us man for man.Robin_L wrote:This will be another comfortable win as Palace players' minds turn to the FA Cup. 3-0 Arsenal and more irritating nonsense from Wenger to come.
Tottenham to later win at Stoke and put the penultimate nail in the coffin, for those who care about that.
Re: Arsenal v Palace H 16.00 Sunday 17th
Utd 4 points back and they are terrible. If they manage to bag 4th from us, which is a possibility, that would have to be one of the worst collapses in Wengers reign.
I have no confidence in getting a result against West Brom. They will play the same as Palace.
