THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I want it too. I really believe Usmanov is here as a fan and not as Stan "profit to keep my ranch running" type. After all, does he really need more money? He's already richer than Chelski owner :)
I don't want us to become some kind of plastic club, but Arsenal is a top club who deserves a solid team, not Klingon fat brasilian type of players.
Get in Alisher! :barscarf:

As for Wenger, he says he supports him, but the time would show if not buying was his or Kroenke's idea.
Wenker out, or Usmanov in! :)

I too in theory would like Usmanov to buy the club, the thing is, if he is as dissatisfied as he claims, then why doesn't he make the yank a formal offer, there is nothing stopping him from doing this, which makes me wonder if he is all talk and no action.

Just my opinion of course, but I think that the Yankee ***** won't sell prior to the bumper new tv deal kicks in next season cos it will increase the value of his shareholding even more  I too want usmanov to man up and make kroenke an offer to back up his words cos sitting on the outside and criticising does nothing to change things :( That being said I still 100% support usmanov....in fact I would support bin laden/saddam/hitler if it helped get rid of the c**ts on the board and sparked some change in the ambitions of the club

Lee Chandler is my hero - can we have a 'defending corners' competition next week - LMFAO at that.

Henry is already training with us, now we will get Beckham too, so if none of the french flops would sign, I bet AW would make a last minute 6 months deal for them two :)
After all they are both free agent. At least they will show klingon how to kick a ball.
