Would love to see someone walk up to him during a press conference mid-sentence and lead him away with a couple of strong handed men in white jackets....

The defense were all over the shop tonight. 4 men try to stop Henderson from scoring and can't. Chesney monkeying with the ball with a man 6 yards from goal then looking accusingly at Vermaelen. AND please tell me again, Arsene, that there is no one in world football that is better than Santos out there to buy. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

and the thing is that it happens over and over.

On a positive note, people around me at the Emirates want him gone. It just requires a crap result at home for everyone to start shouting in my section.

language chaps.

we don't want this place shut down...

i do see on the comments on the various papers stories that the vast vast majority are very critical of the team, santos and lack of signings.

a lot from overseas too.

we have won just two of our last six league games. just 8 out of 24 league games.

won just 6 home league games out of 12...

if we were Everton i.e fuck all money to spend on players, fuck all quality apart from fellaini and baines then fourth spot or even 5th is a massive acheivement bearing in mind they genuinely dont have the spending power of city, united or chelski, but this is Arsenal with millions in the bank, millions on players wages, millions wasted on shite,WE ARE THE BIGGEST UNDERPERFORMING SHIT IN EUROPE,FACT!!!

Wenger has made me think things about Arsenal and wish things on Arsenal that I never would have thought would be possible at one time. And I havent celebrated a goal properly for so long. I havent been nervous or excited about upcoming games for so long either.

Wenger simpy has to go. This situation with him running everything and being answerable to seemingly nobody should never have happened at a big club. It is to Arsenals shame that they have let it happen to them. Although who are these people running our club? They are nobody to me!

The saddest thing though is perhaps the conduct of some Arsenal fans. How can anyone ''supporting'' Arsene be willing to fight other fans to defend his name, after all the disrespect he has shown us? Oh dear oh dear, this really is tragic.

Wenger is just an individual that has played a part in the history of the club like many many others. On his own, without help from other very gifted individuals, time has shown that he really isnt that special.

Fantastic post. I agree with every single word. Even on Wednesday night I could not bring myself to so much as clap when we scored, let alone jump out of my seat. The fact that some Arsenal supporters think it is acceptable to assault other supporters simply because they do not show blind faith to Wenger is shameful. In their eyes one is not an Arsenal supporter if you do not fall at your feet to Wenger. Leaving the game on Wednesday I saw two stand offs (inside the ground) with Arsenal fans coming to near blows. What a legacy Wenger is leaving us. I loathe everything he stands for.

Arsène Wenger says Andre Santos still has a future at Arsenal.

"Maybe people speak that he had a difficult game [against Liverpool] but he lacks competition," said the Arsenal manager.
"Yes [the criticism of Santos is unfair] because if you watch the game again and you analyse very well his performance, you will be less critical.

"I will not play Monreal [because he is cup-tied] and certainly not Gibbs, but if you want me to tell you who will play, today I can't tell you. Vermaelen can play there as well and Santos could have a key role as well, yes.

 :? :censored: :banghead:

So the answer is to play him less and buy another left back instead. Wenger logic.

“We have some aspects of our game that we need to improve and how active we will be in the market in the summer will be decided by how well we do now until the end of the season.”

It's 1feb. and the :censored: already start to make excuses for the summer transfer.

You've put my exact thoughts into words, here. I just feel so...well, I don't feel anything about Arsenal anymore. The only enjoyment I get is from Wenger scrambling to explain himself post-match after an embarrassing loss, or a nice bit of play from Jack.

That is it, I just watch Arsenal out of habit on telly now, and I have no intention of going back to the Emirates again whilst Wenger is in charge.
