Should Gallas have spoken out?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

He said it's 6 years old younger, from the quote of Soccernet
"Currently there are four 25-year-olds in the squad: Robin Van Persie, Emmanuel Eboue, Eduardo and Bacary Sagna, although it is not clear who the offending player is"

It's likely to be RVP to me...

But wtf is Gallas saying this to the press, he is such a *word censored* :banghead:
We are not in a good situation already, plus so many players injured at the moment, why he wants to salts to the wound again and again?! Can someone email Wenger to sell this idiot as early as possible?!

I don't want to watch the game this sat anymore, I don't know what is the impact of this fucking article to our players. Well done, our GREAT ever Captain!! :banghead:

Should Gallas have spoken out?? NO! he's the captain!

However...

If what he's said is true - and it wouldn't suprise many - then it makes a joke of Wenger's constant talk of how great our "spirit", "togetherness", "mental strength" and whatever other buzz words he can find on a Google search!

This season is going from bad to worse  :banghead:

i think the team ethic as a whole has been lost from last season and frustrations from not winning the league and playing inconsistently this season has boiled over, and u can see that on the pitch - thats why i worry for the plyers who do care, who may not stick round i.e. cesc, gael, theo....

I'm inclined to agree with you Tom, i for one am getting fed up with the i didn't see it or nothing is wrong attitude from Mr.W.
I know that myself as a manager if one of my staff had insulted my to my face then i would have picked my moment and smacked the crunt.

In that quote, is he referring to another Arsenal player? Why does he say insults 'us'?

If he did make these quotes, and they havent been taken out of context, i can see Wenger being pretty peeved.
Robin? His shoulder block on Sorensen?

Gallas said the incident happens this season.

But Gallas was not on the pitch that game

Can you really see Tony Adams or Patrick Vieira saying crap like this - no.

He should be stripped of the captaincy immediately.

What a fuking prick he is, he's been the major weak link in the back four in my opinion so he should look at himself before opening his mouth.

I dont want this c**t at the club! He's nothing but trouble!

It was before then, during the **** game.

RVP is the most likely, but could have been Sagna (I vaguely remember Gallas barking orders at him, it may not have been that game), or Adebayor. Eboue's the only other 25 year old, and he wasn't involved in that game at all.

i think he said it was one of the attacking players - that part of the conversation i dont agree with as he has narrowed it down.

im all for him saying there was trouble at half time and we need to grow a backbone, but as for the other stuff thats unecessary - like hanny says, vieira or adams would never have done that.....

Take him OFF the pitch immediately...and sell him to someplace else in Jan please...I totally understand why we lost the title last season, with such a *word censored* in the club, we will never have any luck, just my little cents :banghead:

Why does he need to speak to the press to make himself heard by "his players". He commands no respect at all. Please don't compare him to Vieira or Adams, this guy is the lamest captain in the entire premier league, an embarrassment to the club.

What a turd.
