See you outside the pub Augie!
There are only two things that I haven't seen in football or I was too young too appreciate that my Dad has...........
1) England winning the world cup
2) Tottingham going down
With the likelihood of number 1 happening negligable, I am more than looking forward to celebrating number 2!

if they go down I will be very very pissed off if we Gooners do not organise some party to celebrate the fact

I know that makes us like them in that it might be seen as celebrating any kind of mickey mouse event but I will def be flying over to celebrate their demise and I dont give a flying fcuk how that makes me look

No shame at all in that augie! They celebrate things like us not winning the final of a competition they didn’t even qualify to take part in. We would (& hopefully
will) be celebrating something on a whole different level altogether!
I’d say it would be worth us all hiring a couple of open-top buses & going down Tottenham High Rd at 5mph singing our hearts out over a megaphone!

I think I'd have to come and have a couple of wee drinkies if that happened.

Gus, I thought you were an old git like me? Can't you remember them in Division 2 in the 70s?
If Stoke were to nick a point or better next week at the shithole then I really do believe that they'll start to get panicky but like others have said I'm sure we'll go out of our way to help them on Feb 8th!

No Eboue-why I am a sprightly 37 this year!
I probably do act like a grumpy old git when it comes to The Arsenal at times as my old fella kind of passed on his feelings about the club to me.
Nope, never been able to appreciate the demise of The Heebs into the football leagues lower divisions.
I would always want us to win something rather than them going down though.
Arsenal first, everything else second!

Put me down for the **** relegation party. That would be fucking class. We could arrange a "victory parade" down the 7SR, who's up for marching from AG to SHL with a crate of Stella?

Trying to work out how last night's events are going to influence our dream. On the one hand it'll give them a boost but if they were to go on and win the bloody thing then maybe they'll sit back and relax like they did last year and walk right into our trap!!

Can Harry really do to them what he did to Southampton? Unless they spend big and get top strikers next month, I'm starting to think they could be in trouble.
It's so tight down there (as the actress said.........)
this thread actually offends me: how dare you suggest that it is impossible for theyids to be relegated

I'd pay so much for that to happen. As long as we got 4th Btw.

I know I keep digging this one up but now and again I get a bit more hopeful. Just heard that Defoe's out for a minimum of 3 weeks. Good news for this thread AND he'll miss our game (and possibly their mickey mouse final)
Maybe Harry will panic, go out and spend another £15m so that not only do they go down but then the following season they go into administration!!!!!
Keep dreaming boys and girls

Almost makes up for us being utter shite.
