HULL THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Isn't it so typical that a team on a shit run get a morale booster as we roll into town :banghead:

We can all sleep easy now...safe in the knowledge that Alex Song may be fit for Saturday!

We're such a joke. I'm not even optimistic about this one. Fucking hell. Wigan put 5 past 'em and Sunderland put 4 past 'em, yet our scoreline leaves a lot to be desired. It should be an away banker. :banghead:

I think we'll lose this 2-1. If we've struggled against the likes of Fulham, Sunderland, Stoke, and Manchester City away from home, then I wouldn't expect a more favourable result against a team above them in the league, regardless of their recent form.

Additionally, I think that we're going down at the Lane in a couple of weeks too. :banghead:

Sadly I can't see us winning this one..have a feeling the Arsenal that showed up at Stoke/Fulham/Boro will be present here....Reckon they'll do us 2-1 and we're outmuscled and outfaught in another frustrating game....please god let me be wrong

3-1 to the Arsenal. A must win revenge game.
from the new AISA website (unsolicited plug) Depart from Kings Cross; can involve a few changes, the best option appears to be the 09.34 to Brough, change and catch the 12.10 to Hull. There are no obvious trains back to London as a result of the late kick off.
So, to Hull - but not necessarily back? :banghead:

I can't see this being as gloomy as some predict. Hull ain't no Stoke type hachet men with long ball throw in types. They have a decent stadium with what looks a decent pitch. This should suit our game. I'm optimistic about this one. A comfortable 2 or 3 goal win. In fact I think I'll have a tenner on it down Joe Ladbrokes.
