I don't think thats the case anymore. How would the club know whether you were or were not attending.
I'm sure you would have to buy your seat otherwise (after a set time) the club would re-sell your seat.
My memory is fading but as I said before I don't think we had a choice. I used to get tickets sent through the post automatically and then the season ticket the following season would reflect the extra games in the previous season.
15. In the event that Arsenal football club’s first men’s team plays more than seven (7) Relevant Cup Matches during the Season, the Club will provide information regarding the availability of tickets for such additional Relevant Cup Matches through the Club’s box office on request and on the Website (as well as information on where entry to the Stadium for such matches can be obtained by the use of the Season Ticket). The cost of the additional tickets for any such matches shall be payable by the Holder. The form and timing of such payment shall be determined by the Club and will be made either:
(i) by way of an addition to the price of the season ticket for the 2009-2010 season purchased by the Holder; or
(ii) by not later than 1st June 2009, in such manner as the Club shall determine and notify to the Holder.
Doesn't clarify whether Roma qualifies as part of the 7 or not.
I've had a look on the main site and other places and it looks like we'll be charged (to next years renewal) £40+ for Roma should we get passed Cardiff!
In which case I might give up my ticket to the 5th Round to a friend and use the money towards my 'renewal' I've set as side for June.
