whats your all time favourite..

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I'll probably be booted out for posting this, but G and S? The Spuds link in the show does my brain in and I also feel that it's a tad over rated...
Right that's it you're gone!

Mrs Chippy loves G&S, but I tend to agree with you that it is a bit overrated, and those bloody Welsh accents.........

Yes! I find it funny, but I can't watch it because of the **** connection. I can't stand Matthew Horne, I tried to watch "Horne and Cordon" but I kept thinking "yiddo wanker"

It has to be an English / British one. Ameircan sitcoms are too transparent. Nearly all the jokes are one liners and on every occasion there is a deliberate pause in the acting to allow for the canned laughter to be added. its a tired format. British sitcoms have a more continued flow to them and a joke can sometimes take a whole episode to emerge and the cast won't even bat an eyelid at riduculing someone as the story is yet to move on.

Only fools and horses is a classic,
A real modern one is Peep Show for me.
