We're SH*T, Wenger out, can't defend, lets go support Barnet
Even though we were ahead 3 times in the game the bindippers were all over us for most of the game.
Silvestre was truly awful. Gibbs looked like a little boy lost against Kuyt. Kolo wasn't too bad but the Trannie's second goal was his fault - he shouldn't have given him the space. Sagna looked like he had just returned from injury. We need Djourou, Clichy and Gallas back as soon as possible.
Why don't we put the boot through the ball when we are defending? We've got a blonde haired streak up front who's main strength is winning the high balls (certainly isn't finishing is it). Lump it to him when we are under pressure defensively.
Denilson was a waste of space. Luckily Song was good, again (was he really too tired to play against Chelsea?). Cesc was average last night.
And then there is the Arsh. Superb. He is a class above. What I love about him is his strength, physical and mental. Seeing Dalglish on the TV coverage last night got me thinking that the Arsh has some of his qualities. Again, why didn't he start on Saturday?
I think fans who buy a shirt with the number of a player who has just signed for the club are muppets. Let him prove himself in that shirt before you give him that sort of adulation. Well I'm off to get my number 23 shirt now.

Good post fella, sums up my feelings also. I thought Fabianski had another shocker. I think the ball hits him rather than he actually saves anything. If he continues like this he'll be up there with the likes of George Wood at this rate.bunch wrote:Even though we were ahead 3 times in the game the bindippers were all over us for most of the game.

Radford really thinks this constant knee jerk reaction is pathetic, he feels that fabianski is still shit and that the rest of the above post is simply bollocks. oh and by the way he would also like to point out that Arshavin was non-exsistant in the first half (goal aside)thatgooner wrote:![]()
We went to Anfield, to play Liverpool, who are 2nd, out of all other trophies and have already destroyed man U at their Gaff, with loads of injuries, a half strong defence, 2nd choice keeper, and a 5th choice striker.
Got outplayed at anfield (surely an actual crime)
And drew 4-4 what a disgrace.
Sure we throught the lead away, but so did they.
Fabianski was excellent, not his fault for any of the goals.
Gibbs was very good,
Song and Cesc played well
Theo did well when he came on
And Arshavin was simply outstanding.

It amazes me sometimes on here, the things like 'WENGER HAS LOST IT PICKING THAT TEAM' you have seen our injury list? that team last night was basically the best available at the moment!
Arshavin was superb, 4 awsome goals, he is going to be some player next season, player of the year next year, you heard it here first!
Alex Song was again very good, he is getting more and more confident now aswell, his progressive passing was spot on and he broke down so many Liverpool attacks
Nasri had a great game, his defensive play was excellent, several times tracking their winger and winning the ball back, good work
Thought Bendtner did well, playing up top on his own against Liverpool is very hard! Won several flick ons, controlled the ball well and was always closing down and scrapping, something Adebayor is sometimes reluctant to do
Fabregas i thought had a fairly average game, the same as his season, by his standards he isnt playing well enough.
Fabianski did very well in the first half, some good saves and some good coming out at players feet, seemed to lose a bit of confidence in the second half, but did ok
The defence was a joke as it usually is but to be honest we did have 2 or 3 out that would usually start so this will be responsible for some of that!
Oh and also Radford, im not sure i like you one bit!

3 of his goals were pretty much individual brilliance. A much needed lesson in finishing to the rest of the squad.
We had a one man team because everyone else was under par. I'll give Fabianski the benefit because he did stop a couple and he had the keystone cops in front of him.
Unbeaten in 19 Prem games.
Unbeaten by the top 3 in the Prem.
If only the we had a decent defence.
Head of Nail...Hammer.........Bosh !........ Job done
Many of us were screaming at Wenger to address our obvious defensive deficiencies LAST SEASON.
He refused to do so and it cost us the title from last March. He did nothing in the closed season apart from shipping Senderous out and bringing Silvestre in !!!!!!!!!!! FFS !!!!!!!!!!!!
Are we really supposed to apologise for being proved right again ?
Next season is Wenger's final roll of the dice as far as I and others are concerned. Will he do anything in the closed season to stengthen where we obviously need it - two centre halfs and a a CM ????
And if he doesn't and we get the same missed opportunities, with all the work of Arshavin/Wallcot/Cesc, thrown away because we can't hold onto a lead, what will the "Wenger is infallable" 'geniuses' be saying in May 2010 ??

12th Gooner aren't you missing the point? The reason there are so many threads about AW is because our performances on the field (the football) are being driven by AW's choices in the transfer market, team selection, tactics and substitutions. You can't talk about the football without talking about AW. Saturday is a classic example of that.12thGooner wrote:Can't we just have a sticky for the get AW out brigade and then delete all these fcuking reactionary posts.
And in all fairness have one for the AKB brigade
and then the rest of us can talk about the football.

I'm not disagreeing with the 'some' of the opinions regarding AW or the reasons why these may be apparent, but what gets me is currently there a 6 threads on the front page that are referring to AW specifically, it gets tired seeing the same crap repeated thread after thread if everyone who wants to comment about him stuck to one thread it would make for a cleaner environment, the same with the match day threads, one place to chat about the same thing.

Brazilliant would like to point out that Arshavin was also non-existent in the 2nd half apart from the three goalsRadford149 wrote:Radford really thinks this constant knee jerk reaction is pathetic, he feels that fabianski is still shit and that the rest of the above post is simply bollocks. oh and by the way he would also like to point out that Arshavin was non-exsistant in the first half (goal aside)thatgooner wrote:![]()
