CL semi final first leg at OT

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

i dreamt we won 3-1 and Fabregas scored first....im praying it comes true. im so nervous for tomorrow its making me sick. can we please replicate the atmosphere from last year in the league...remember? when we stayed for 30 mins after singing 'we love you arsenal'. it was the most incredible moment. come on the arsenal!!!!!!

I have to say that a clean sheet at OT would be a job well done, obviously an away goal would be more than welcome. I honestly see tommorow night being a draw which leaves it in our own hands to win at home, which i think we can do.
Lets just hope Wenger picks the rite team.

Was reading in the daily mirror today that adebayor has been offside more than any other player this season in the cl.It works out that he has been offside once every 23 minutes. You know that doesnt surprise me.

I am officially crapping myself. Seems to be a lot of it about. Especially if neither Gibbs or Silvestre are fit for tonight. Anybody know who the CL nominated players are and whether we have any defensive back up in there at all?

Sagna can play left back so expect to see him there if Gibbs doesn't make it. Anyway we'll do our usual thing and say attack is the best form of defence but Adebayor has to have the game of his life if he's up top on his own, holding it up etc
Like Chippy I've been to the toilet 6 times already this morning. Not getting to me at all then.

Not sure if them doing this will make me feel better or worse!

On one hand it could leave them vulnerable but on the other our back four would struggle against a kids team.

I'll be very happy if we don't get hammered tonight. I'd even take 3-1 as I reckon we could turn that round next week. Only thing I don't want then is pens or you'll see me being stretchred out of the Grove. :(

The thing that worries me is that amongst the tight games we have had at OT, we have had a couple of hammerings as well.

Hope we score first and play on the counter.
