That is so gay and will make us seem like those idiots at the Bridge. As much as I'd like a decent atmosphere next week I don't expect it. No doubt I'll be told to sit down by Rupert and Tarquin and be surrounded by wankers who got tickets via some mean or other. I'll do my best in 122 to get some noise going but I'm not hopeful at all.

This is so tacky and will confirm our thoughts that we have been overrun by nouveau football types. These things will be waved at stupid times, by annoying 'fans' at corners and throw ins, probably whilst on the phone to a mate to tell him that they are on the tv. The only good I can see coming of them, is if one is implanted in Pooney's head and another in Conaldo's throat.
Everyone having a scarf is a better, 'older skool' idea and won't result in us looking like the last night of the proms rather than a football match. This daft idea will only see us being laughed at by other fans. Another example of a breakdown in club/real fans relations.

Fuck me I know I won't be there but the flags are a terrible idea. Every other team mocks Chelsea for their plastic flags and now they will do it to us.

The reputation of our support is in tatters if this goes ahead. Where the fuck is redaction when you need them??

We will do our best but we have to accept out support, more so at home, is shit.

You may not like the truth but that is fact. Our noise levels are pretty embarrassing at times.

I hope to god that some of our theatre goer type supporters actually find their voices on Tuesday.

The thing that shames me the most is the comments on that redcafe forum are wholly true.

Not really sure how REDaction are supposed to stop the club buying 57,000 flags?
