Hand of God!! Fat cheating Argie Fook

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

as for db10 and th14 well come on  only a gooner would have them as best ever payers the world has ever seen
Ok, John. I'll admit to alcohologoonerism with regard to BD10 and TH14!

I still maintain that Pele stands above Maradona. And George Best was THE complete player, who was denied the world stage by playing for Northern Ireland. Had he been born Brazilian.........

I thought it was quite amusing that Jaymitch said my list of players were not fit to clean Maradona's boots. :D He's probably never even heard of Puskas or DiSteffano. But take it from me, they were superb players.

As others have said the "Hand of God" was 23 years ago.FFS why cant the English let it go and move on.The English seem to have forgotten the two Owen dives v Argentina since then
Agree with nearly every word. 8)

Except I'd have DB10 in there with the likes of Zidane and Best. Bit biased? Maybe, but I honestly rate him that highly. 8)

I'm detecting a lot of Anglophobia on this thread...
