am about 14 stone, thats about 10 pound more than last year but stopped playing footie and after 15 years of going to the gym 4 times a week, cycling 28 miles a day (to work and back) monday to friday for years and boxing and kick boxing i have done nothing apart from runnung twice a week and the odd charity football game.
Last week i rejoined the gym and went twice, thats the first since last august and i ache a tad
I will be on a beach in thailand next april so don't want to get harpooned by any passing japs

Or asked to get off the beach cos the tide wants to come in
So yes, ideally i will have lost s stone but drink too much wine me thinks

I'm 42, 5'8" and 12 stone bang on. Have quite muscular arms (from 17 years in construction) and legs (35 years footy). Actually in better shape now than I was at 30 because I drink a hellofalot less now. I keep fit with footy, kick boxing and Krav Maga. And I don't smoke. Never have.
Wife is a chef so it's easy to eat well and healthy too.
I have a serious weakness for a good kebab though...

Im about 5 feet 11 and weigh just over 11 stone, was always a right skinny fecker but have but a few pounds on over the last year or so, mainly on purpose as wanted to be stronger on the ball for football.
I also do like a few cans of lager and a nice big curry, which i should probably cut down on...I have a gym membership but dont go religiously, try to go three times a week but dont usually make it past two!

Bordering on underweight but just right side of the NHS limit for that
I have one of those bodies that never gains, once had three big meals in a week and lost three pounds which is bizarre. That said, I do try to eat healthy

I would need to lose a stone. I have a constant battle with my weight and have done Weightwatchers twice and Slimming World. Train in gym quite a bit with a bit of running as well.
I just have to look at food and I pile on the pounds

Only drink one night every two weks.

Ok I get the height measurements...I'm 6ft2in tall.
But your weight measures confuse me...Stones and Pounds?
We measure in kilograms.
Last I checked I was 88kg, so somebody might have to convert that for me.
