No.

I myself have worn a Saint Christopher medal around my neck for the last 35 years even though i don't believe in Saints. Hundreds of Years ago the Catholic Church made every Tom,Dick Harry and Mary a Saint. Actually Christopher was stripped of his Sainthood recently.
