The Sol Campbell Signing Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Fucked if I know but she's a bit rough isn't she? Or maybe "she" is a "he"...?

Was thinking the same  Maybe he spread the rumour about him being a bandit to stop people thinking she was his girlfriend :?

Reckon brazillianGOONER's gonna be interested in this development... I say "interested" but I mean "comatose from wanking".
db10gooner, the way i see it, or you love me deeply and madly, or you deeply and madly love shemales. one of both have to be true.

and no, there is no way both mean the same, in case you're wondering.

considering wenger's press conference, i'd say 70% chances sol is going to replace senderos (on his hard duties of nothing to do) until the end of the season.

he didn't deny it, and wenger usually denies quickly that type of rumor...

I know we're in silly season as far as rumours are concerned but what the f**k is this about??

I saw Campbell when he made his one appearance for Notts County - he was shite. Absolute shite!! He looked unfit, overweight and dis-interested and even League 2 strikers made him look cumbersome. By the end of the game he looked as if he'd rather be anywhere than on a football field.

Sol was brilliant in his day but who can forget his walkout against West Ham, after a torrid first half? That was the start of his decline and he is no longer a Premier League standard player - let alone for a team that has a serious chance of winning the Premier League.

Sign Hangeland if we need cover at the back - I'm sure he'd jump at the chance of joining a Top 4 team.

Sorry Sol but Rooney, Torres, Drogba and co would make mincemeat of you.

**Update**

Anyone noticed the date of the "official" article on the other thread?

Won't judge this one if it comes off until we see how it goes but I can't say it's exactly inspiring for a team looking to win the league.

Yes Monsieur Wenger really has lost the fucking plot this time, we will be the joke of the premiership, if this cumbersome buffoon is called into action.
This, if true is nothing short of an insult to every gooner on the fucking planet. Yet I suppose it is proof if ever it was needed that Wenger doesn't have a fucking clue when it comes to defence.
I cannot find the words to express just how fucking angry I am. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:
