Have Arsenal applied for the copyright or actually got it? If so what a load of bollocks. Sureley like IHH said they didnt invent the name . We know where the name originally came from and I wouldnt think that the club would have wanted to be linked with that. Like somebody said earlier in the post . Judging by the shit they want copyrighted they must have a right load of crap all ready waiting for a gooner badge to be attached to it.
