if Denilson starts on sunday.....

Mannone is a hollywood goalkeeper, that tries to make the easiest of saves look great. We dont need that against chelsea.

Likewise, if Flappyhandski ever walks on the pitch again, I turn TV off or leave the ground. I'm fucking sick of wasters at our club.
TBH I would rather see Fabianski in goal than Alumina any day of the week.
I'd prefer Mannone actually, the 3 of them are all accident prone.
Accident prone I can deal with.

Outright pants though, as in the case of Almunia, well that is something else.

I booed the fucker when he went off on Sunday, and called him a useless *word censored* everytime he touched the ball. I make no apology for this whatsoever, he is a usless bastard of the highest order. :banghead:
He will no doubt play on Sunday, that's because Wenger is fucking mad and has lost all sense of reality. And because Wenger knows best and the rest of the footballing world know fuck all.

Frank, there were definitley cheers when he was taken off, and I can only presume it was because he was leaving the field of play, because the player replacing him was Theo.
So whilst I was glad to see him go off, I was hardly thrilled at his replacement.

No, me neither Sid, I did hear the cheers, perhaps they were ironic ones, I hope they were in a way, and that Wenger heard them also.

Doesn't matter Frank, does it?

We are told that there is nobody out there good enough and available to replace what we have already.

Neither.

The end of the tranfer period without any signing except Sol makes me depressed.
But what makes me really mad is the fact that we didn´t sell anyone like Almunia or Denilson!

It was starting to head down the same route as the Eboue incident. A couple up by us were having an argument with those around as they'd ironically cheered Denilson of, called him a useless crunt etc, and were then told to "get behind the team". I'd lost the will to live by this point and was just trying to fight off pneumonia....

When they show some fight then is the time to get behind the team

BT wrote:As I said yesterday, Denilson was very close to being booed off yesterday which is why Wenger subbed him to some sarcastic applause. The guy is 20 (I think) and if he can't stand the pressure of being an arsenal first team player, and if he isnt going to learn anything from the other equally inexperienced players around him, that has to lie with wenger.

It will damage him far more to keep him in and risk the wrath of being a scapegoat for the fans than to drop him for a few games and let the more talented and just as young Ramsey start for a while.
Make you right, he got a loud cheer when he came off in my block and thought it was going to turn in to boos, he noticed it aswell.

Wenger is at fault, no one else, Denilson can only do so much, it's down to the manager to pick him or not, if he keeps him in the team then he won't return to it next year as he will go backwards and the crowd have had enough now I think.
