CESC HERE FOR NEXT SEASON ?

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I sure as hell hope the quotes were taken out of context or fabricated cos if he really said that he deserves a slap round the head.

''There was a private conversation that took place in the boardroom and assurances have been made at the highest possible level,''

Spoke to a Catalan colleague of mine and he stated that Laporta may have declared that he will not go for Cesc in the Summer...

however, Laporta comes to the end of his term in July and is not allowed to be re-elected for a 3rd term.

Expect the usual "elect me and I will bring you Cesc" campaigns over the summer.

In fairness to PHW, you would not expect him to know what is going on with the major powerbrokers of the game as he is only our............Chairman

He's great isn't he Peter Hill Wood.....is it possible for someone to time travel through two centuries.

Following on from his "we don't want his sort" Old Etonian rugger bugger line in patronising remarks we now get the

"Don't you worry old bean......I've had a word with those Latin chappies and told them not to darken my door. My word is my bond dear chap.....lets have a G & T and toast Sir Francis Drake"

Honestly, this clown just about sums up the Arsenal board room

Well Alex Song believes Cesc has given his word that he will stay:
