BRAGA CL HOME GAME

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

I suspect the Braga players could be in for tough time from the referee Alain Hamer tomorrow night. He tends to wave the cards at the away side and he's not afraid of dishing out the red one so the task could be made easier for us at some stage in the match.

Mmmm no Vermaelen or Diaby. Wenger said both not in squad also Diaby out of Sunderland game. Could be a high scoring game ? 3-2

You do realise you'll have to wait until mid-November?! It's at our place on Wednesday
That sucks really as it looks fabulous.

This is hard to call, Potugese sides don't usually travel well, so that might give us the edge if they sit back and try to defend. If however they have a go then I think they can get a result. 1-3 to Braga.

All the reports are that they're a good counter-attacking team. If our lot get carried away like they sometimes do and leave big holes, then we might get punished. On the other hand, I think we have enough quality to get the win so....it could go either way

As positive as ever Sid :D

I'm definitely not underestimating Braga as they are good on the counter attack and they knocked Sevilla out at the last round, but I have faith in the boys and I think we should win
