Since I posted this thread, I've watched the foul again and it just gets worse each time you see it. Henry launches into it from about 3 feet away, he's totally off the ground and gave absolutely no thought for the safety of his opponent.
And to make matters worse, the silly bastard then argued the toss and refused to leave the field of play. Just how ignorant can one person be?? And didn't we know that his (British) manager would trot all all the old cliches - - - - "he's not that type of lad" etc.
Football will be much worse off if The FA don't call him to a disciplinary hearing for both the original offence and his refusal to accept the red card.
I'd forgotten that this same arsewipe was sent off for fouling Tomas Rosicky last season - his crimesheet just gets longer and it's odds on that a talentless thug like this will end someone's career. Just like Smith (Sunderland) and Taylor (Birmingham).

ESPN just announced that his left leg is broken.
Haven't seen the challenge but De Jong has also got previous. Don't forget it was him that did that Kung Fu kick into Xavi Alonso's chest in the World Cup Final.
Unlike Henry, De Jong is actually a good player so why the f**k does he feel it necessary to be so reckless??
