West Ham on Saturday

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

A relegation contender? Should be a tough match for Arsenal!

Haha in all seriousness though, I think with the proper starting XI back (Cesc, Nasri, Song, RVP) we'll be good for a 2-1 win.

I have a feeling Szczesny will get the call and I hope he's a little less shaky than vs Ipswich - I believe he will be.

Arsene will have a go at the fourth official for nothing, Cesc will have a go at West Ham tactics and then Arsene will point to however many games over however many days. We will get frustrated and vent anger here. So another week in our world. Nothing ever changes.
.....and it wasn't a great pitch for playing football on. And then Djourou will come along to the post match interview and say that this was a wake up call.....

Did you know that West Ham have only lost one out of their last seven games in all competitions....?

And did you know that although they lost their last Premier League match 0-5 at Newcastle, that was actually their first league defeat in five games.....

Not a lot of people know that!

Hammers 2 Gunners 2

In our last 9 appearances @ Up Park we haven't managed to score more than 2 goals but we've scored 2 or more on five occasions. The Hams have only beat us once in those 9 matches so a home victory is unlikely.

Our defence is suspect and, of late, the hammers are finding the net regularly. They will score once, perhaps twice.

Score draw looks the likely outcome  unless our team show some passion and hard-work - as if!
