ARE YOU JOKING???

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Spot on. As has been said countless times, a manager can survive somwthing as massive as losing the dressing room and still survive but once he's lost the fans it's all over.

WENGER OUT.

Thats the most frustrating part, Wenger was a genius but now I think any manager in the top division and the championship would get this team winning more matches than Wenger has managed. Even I could fucking do it. :banghead:

I could guarantee we'd get some absolute loada bollox like Scolari or sumat, and be mid table within 2 years. It would honestly go that way! Hopefully we'll never know. This age of instant success is so shite! Fuck me I wish Abramovi$h had preferd baseball or something and never started this buy to win bollox!!! Grass aint always greener! Ask Leeds & Lpool fans!

Instant success ?? How about some improvement and direction of going forward in 5 years ? You can argue that earning the money the earn players shouldnt need to be motivated but that is a load of bollox........people in every walk of life need motivation from their bosses from time to time and wenger continually falls down on that score and I will absolutely guarantee you ferguscum and moaninho wont be found wanting when it comes to bollocking and motivating their players

There is absolutely no getting away from the fact that every single one of these players are wengers players.......he bought them, he trained them and he picks them so if they aint good enough (and clearly there are a few that are not) then why does he give them bumber deals, why does he keep picking them and why does he not offload them ? The simple fact is that he is there so long and has such loyalty to these donkeys that he cannot actually see how shit they are and it is well past time for him and the players in question to fcuk off out of our club

If the players can't get motivated by thought of Wembley and a Trophy for the first time for mopst of them, but need a ray winstone character kicking shit out of them in the changing rooms at HT, then they need to look at themselves not Arsene!
Of couse u are right - they shouldn't need motivating, but unfortunately looking at most they do. And if they do then fuck Ray Winstone get Bricktop in after them. Who brought these players to the club ? Who lets them get away with it time after time by not dropping them or docking their wages ? Who blames opposing teams tictacs or pitches for the reasons we get beat or draw ? Why not have a bit of dignity and say we were'nt good enuff or they were better than us or their manager got his tictacs spot on (to be fair he did call it last nite). The buck stops with the manager it has to.

When a team wins matches and trophies the manager rightly gets the plaudits. When his team loses he must also take blame. Its his team he picked it. Its up to him to motivate them and fire a few rockets up the their arses, grab people by the scruff etc, drop them if they can't be motivated or sell them. Kick a few football boots around dressing room - they'll know to give 100% next game. Here's a good idea throw a few tactics in there aswell. 4-5-1 against a shit team ? 2 defensive midfielders ? And a comedian at right back ???????????
Youre wasting your time mate if Wenger crashed his car into jonny3110 it would be the car makers fault for not having fitted better brakes
To be fair, he'd be right. Wenger only ever drives his Nissan Diaby a little bit with the handbrake on.
