In-laws have told me that there are major road works on the M621 right next to Elland Road which are leading to virtual gridlock during the rush hour. Leave extra time if you're driving.

Seriously though I think some of our players might be in for a real shock at that shithole wed nite(have any of our players played there before ?) - I think those knacker scum that support that club will be well up for the game and our squad players have been found wanting in hostile atmosphere's in the past
...and to think you gave us James Joyce and Oscar Wilde

They were Dubliners, marc - not goat raping, uncle fucking, sister marrying, inbred culchie filth like augie. 8)

But if you check their bloodline I can assure you that they came from country people.......in dublin they dont educate you to be a poet or author but do degree courses on theiving, dealing and murdering

JJ was born and educated in Dublin. Wilde's too was educated in Dublin. Augie's family however, like all culchie swamp-rats, were born of goats and goat rapists, in a ditch "down the country". You can tell this by observing the six toes he has on each hand. And his "internal" penis. Located in his throat.

:-P

Hoping to see Rammo back in the squad for this one.

Sagna will be back after his enforced break (will do him the world of good), and we will see Chamack and Arshavin upfront I would guess.

Djourou and Kos will be at the back, been impressed with their partnership this season on the whole....but we saw on Saturday that Johan is starting to make mistakes as he is being made to play so many games after so long out, and Kos is still developing as wel all know - we need a CB for sure.

That said - it will be a difficult game whoever plays, but if we play like we can, we should be fine - its a big "if" tho!

vs West Ham, Djourou played in the right Centre-Back role and mistakes. vs Ipswich, Kos played in the right-centre back role and made a couple of mistakes. Right centre-back position is obviously cursed.

I thought Kos has a solid game vs Ipswich to be honest.

Kos and Djourou play well together, just throw Squilacci into the mix and its a bloodbath. :banghead:

In both games they had to cope with having a completely useless RB who they had to keep covering for.

Sagna is much better in that position and should have been fined by the club for leaving us in that position for both games.

If we turn up we'll win if we don't we'll get stuffed.

Anyone yet know why this journey by TRAIN is going to take nearly 4hrs according to the info the club have sent out with the train tickets..?

Weird, it usually only takes 2 hours 20 minutes odd from Kings Cross.

My train leaves at 14.10 and arrives at 16.36 at Leeds station from Kings Cross, just checked.

The official Arsenal train is probably going via Mozambique to save the club a few pennies

The in-laws are hosting a party for my wife. I wasn't going, but now they've asked if I could prepare a speech to mark the occasion. I'm not much of a writer, but; here's what I've got:

"Sarah, you have made me the happiest man alive. When the day finally came, I couldn't believe my luck, you've made all my wildest dreams come true. Rest in peace."
