Orient Home

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

So can't be bothered with this game.

I think we'll win but predict that there will be vast swathes of empty season ticket holder seats (bit a declared attendace greater than for Barca the other week) and not a lot of love for the team coming from the stands, unless Arsenal score.

The O's will think they have a chance with this one following yesterday's calamity.

Coco
Eboooo - Lack of - el joven- Gibbs
Deckchair - Rambo - Diaby - Roscisky - Bendy
Chamakh

If we lose to Orient, where does that leave Wenger then? Surely even the die-hard 'rosetinters' will start asking questions.

We will win 5-0 and all will be rosy in the Wenger garden again

They remind me of that episode of the Simpsons about The Leader. Everyone's brainwashed into thinking Wenger can do no wrong.

The leader is good,
the leader is great.
We surrender our will,
as of this day

850? Never heard of there being so many tickets on the exchange. I can understand why though.

We'll be there..... :barscarf: !

Not that I want to be but more cos I'm too mean to not go having already paid for a ticket...... Could be outnumbered by Orient "fans" though at this rate :banghead: !

The fact that they are on the season ticket really skews the level of interest - as it does in Cl group games.

If the club actually gave people the real choice, then these games (esp FA Cup games containing a mostly reserve side), would see a 40000 crowd.

biggest chance of a trophy is the league
losing to sunderland far worse than losing to orient
(obv C both of the above is the worst)

Really up for this one.. want to see an army of 9,000 gooners marching into Manchester again.. a confidence boosting victory is understated, Arsene preaches about our mental strength and this is the time for this SQUAD to show it.

Almunia
Eboue Squillaci Miquel Gibbs
Diaby Denilson Ramsey
Bendtner Chamakh (Arshavin/Nasri/Rosicky)

Still sick as a pig about the cup final as we all are.. its now more than ever to get behind the boys, whatever you may think they all care just as much as we do. Orient are going to be up for it with an Army of fans behind them, its going to be difficult as a fan but it is VITAL that we back the boys. Lets get a run going again as we have some fucking massive games coming up

You're right. If Chelsea can get something out of the game on Tuesday then we're right in the title race, and seeing off Orient gives us a FA Cup quarter final. Need to avoid a repeat of 2007 where a defeat in what a lot think of as the "worthless" cup final effectively ended our season!

We're dead men walking in the CL and FA Cup. Our eliminations will be to Barcelona and Man Utd. If you think otherwise - then where've you been for the past five years?

The league will now be our best shot, but on the basis that we've still to play Man Utd, Tottenham (away) and Stoke (away), and that we're already four points adrift, I don't see us doing it.

Another potless season for Wenger's chumps.
