Best moment-Being 4 up against Newcastle, that's when I believed this team had it in them and meant business.
Worst moment-Conceding the 4th against Newcastle, that's when I realised nothing has changed.
Other good moments this season, beating Barcelona, Chelsea, United and City.
Other poor moments, Bendtner's Michael Thomas moment in the Nou Camp, West Brom at home, the last min v Liverpool, both Spurs games, Fabregas in general and Wenger's lies about Vermaelen around the Jan transfer window.

I get it....I just don't agree with you.....Henry Norris 1913 wrote:....I...don't think you quite get it. Our victory over Milan was great and one of my best nights as an arsenal supporter , because we won the tie and knocked them out. However IMO the barca result was pointless because we didn't win the tie. Like for instance doing a best of three rock paper scissors game. We win the first one but lose the other two. That win got us nowhere. A great atmosphere and occasion but at the end of the day we were always going to be rock and they were always going to be paper![]()
We're talking about MOMENT and for most people that will still be the game at home to Barca. The fact that with hindsite, a week later, it turned out to end up not getting us through is neither here nor there.....

Do you not think the highlight of the season for Orient fans will have been the last minute equaliser against us. And the fact that they lost 0-5 in the replay won't change that. Same as when Altrinham once drew at Spuds (lost 0-3 at home in the replay) and when Burton drew at home to Utd.....
You may shag Cheryl Cole and she may come like a train..... The fact that, a week later, she admits she was faking it and only doing it to get at Cashley probably won't stop the event itself being a favourite moment

I was going to say something along those lines frank, but thought I would only get loadsa stick as people might have thought \I was boasting/taking the wotsit..so a slight amendment is in order.......franksav63 wrote:Hmmm... I would have thought it would have been Birmingham home and you presenting Jack with his player of the month trophy... anyway, I have to agree with Henry, the Barca game meant nothing and perhaps it does go to show what a miserable c**t I am, I thought even after walking away from that Barca game that it would all mean nothing, and I was right there I suppose..OneBardGooner wrote:Best moment of the season - a no brainer - Arshavin's Winner against the barcawhorediviingbitches - the looks on their fans faces ... sweet so sweet! - had tears in my eyes and still get the ole shivers up the spine when I see re-runs and the commentary

I can see where you are both coming from, but seeing as our season kept going up and down like a feckin' roller coaster ride...I thought of the Barca home game and AA23's goal...because that wa sthe "Happiest" (as in delirium with lots of jostling and going apeshyte) I had felt all season watching the team...the truth be known there are NOT that many 'Moments of Delirium' this season...as there was always that 'nagging voice' in the background saying 'Yeah, now you watch them go and fuck it up!' My moment of this season hasn't happened yet, but it will when the final whistle blows at Fulham.
This is a season, like several quite recent, that if Wenger had had the balls in the transfer market during the summer and especially in January and had made the necessary purchases to strengthen, then we would have surely had at least trophy in the bag.
The close season can't come much quicker for me, this season has been another of missed opportunies because of the arrogance and stubborness of Wenger and Wenger alone.

Roll on the summer where we can all get frustrated again seeing Arsene Bean and his project sell Cesc and buy fuck all again

And - joy of joys - all the fucking deluded rosetinters will be back on here talking up Arsene, "Cult" hero Comedy Eboue, "improving" Bendtner, "classy" Diaby and "solid" Denilson.flash gunner wrote:Well said.franksav63 wrote:My moment of this season hasn't happened yet, but it will when the final whistle blows at Fulham.

That's good though isn't it? Arsene can try different approaches until he finds one that works knowing that we'll still be in the CL the following season no matter what.... We could even blow our brains out after throwing away a 4 goal lead - and still there at the next match!TeeCee wrote:Definitely will be the final, final whistle of the season. No random highlight in the odd game can make up for the utter farce thatis Arsene Wenger's mis-management of our club. I would say 'roll on next season' but we all know it will be groundhog day yet again.
I was @ Newcastle away and it was like a living nightmare. I actually felt sick afterwards, seeing what a shambles it all turned into.
Was talking to my friend about it the other day and he said 1st half we were on cloud 9 (or 69
) because we'd put in such a good performance and then we just fell to pieces and it was hell. Fucking Diaby.

Was there too. Have never seen anything like it, first & second halves were the complete polar opposites of each other. A bit like the scum at our place really. I said to my mate that as soon as the toon got one it'd be a draw at best. So predictablekingjayson1 wrote:I was @ Newcastle away and it was like a living nightmare.
