I have been sent to do stuff like that for recruitment, they sent me and a girl from HR as I spoke some Welsh up to the Valley towns to try and recruit ethnic minorities. Spent two days in the job centres sitting there bored as, not one ethnic minority came in.

Good idea but badly planned.
