If he plays I'll be very dissapointed, we have 4 better strikers than him.
Really? I'd be happier seeing him on the pitch then Chamakh. I don't understand why Wenger tried bringing on the latter when he once again failed to look like scoring for the upteenth time. It's like whatever happened in vegas has got some Mafia hitman on him who will kill him if he hits the back of the net. I'm sure Swansea were not concerned when he came on given his form  at least with Park it would have been a surprise to spring on them.

hope he was referring to the young players making their individual champions league debut... right?

i'm only going because the westfalenstadion is on my list, we're probably going to lose, they're everything we thought we were going to be about 5 years ago: young, quality, solid, strong, togetherness, technical... everything we ASSUMED our deified manager would deliver for us.

Blimey guys come on show some faith! Yes it may be blind but at least show it and try to look positive!

----------Wozjech-----------

--Sagna----Per---Kos----Santos--

----Arteta--Song/Frimpong---Yossi-----

---Theo----RvP-------Gervinho--

Theo has done well in both Europen against defenders who haven't got his number like the prem defenders have so hopefully he'll do fine, I'm looking forward ot seeing Gervinho again, I think he is exciting and certainly makes more chances for RvP than anyone else on our team at the minute.

Arteta and Yossi will hopefully bring fresh air to the midfield as Ramsey has been crumbling under the pressure of too many games and too much responsbility.

Frimpong if he plays has certainly brought some steel to midfield and although is likely to get carded and maybe sent off hopefully he can foil some of their midfield brilliane, if not at least Song is experienced at trying and should have a calmish Champions League head.

Sagna is still solid and...well Wozjech is a great shot stopper so don;t worry about the other 3! Santos if he plays though will be nice to see and if it is Gibbs well at least he is quick enough to catch their young strikers even if he is hopelessly out of position!

As others have said though we seem to relax more away from home and away from the glare of the bigger boys in the Premiership so we should be ok, also for once we'll be far more experienced than the opposition players in this competition and in general so maybe that will be in our favour for once.

Finally, Dortmund are an attacking side so hopefully that will give us more penetration then recently and we won't hit that defence wall 18 yards out then run out of ideas

I think we can get a result there

COME ON YOU GUNNERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :barscarf:

We'll win this. Shocking for me to be optimistic, but with Ramsey out (good news), our midfield will be much stronger if Yossi plays.
Barrios is still out for Dortmund and he is head and shoulders above any other striker they have. I really think we'll win this.
We will struggle more in our other away games.

I am hanging on to the hope that mid table English teams seem to be better than most top 4 continental league clubs.

If we come away from this with a point I will be happy, can't see it though and expect us to get well beaten by two or three goals.

Good morning from Dortmund. The sun is shinning Beer is great and this whole city is a mass of Black and Yellow, to say they are excited and up for it would be an understatement, funnily enough they are worried about us, and are hopeful of a draw

Meeting place is in the central square with all the Bars around it. Great last night should be better today.

Keep the faith !!!!
